Please note that this property is accessible by stairs only, as there is no elevator on-site.

The Space

Designed for comfort and functionality, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect home base for your beach days.

Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable Queen beds + sleeper sofa, ensuring everyone gets a great night's sleep. The unique layout features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area on the first level, with a spacious, sun-drenched living room upstairs. Enjoy two private balconies—perfect for catching the morning breeze or relaxing with a drink after a day in the sun.

Coastal Perks

Easy Beach Access: You are just steps away from the sand. Simply cross the street and you’ll be standing on the sugar-white shores of the Gulf in minutes.
On-Site Pool: When you’ve had enough salt water, cool off in the large community pool and lounge on the sundeck.
Home Comforts: Includes a private washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TVs.

Covered Parking: Designated parking directly under the unit keeps your car cool and makes loading gear a breeze.
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. (no boats, RVs, or trailers permitted).
Primary renter must be 25+ years old and stay on-site for the duration. Strictly no pets, no smoking in unit, or loud parties.
A signed rental agreement and a $300 security deposit (processed directly by the host) are required.
