Amazing house! Beautiful furnishings! Good location for beach access and restaurants. Roof top with the fire pit was a highlight. Highly recommend!

Great house on Wilbur Street

Great house 2 blocks from the beach. We had 7 people and there was plenty of space. Eating outside and using the grill was perfect. We all used the hot tub and the gas fire pit on the outside porch at night. Hope to be able to come back.

Don't miss this home!

We have stayed in several properties around the San Diego area for vacations and this one tops the list! Great location; walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops but still located on a quiet and safe street. The home fit our two families perfectly and was well stocked. Easy communication and check-in/out. Clean, stylish and just an overall great home. This one will stay on my list for our next visit to PB and San Diego.

Perfect San Diego Stay!

We brought our family of 5 for a two week stay. The home was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped, beds were very comfortable, and attention to detail was obvious. Excellent location about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are several cute coffee shops that we visited frequently. The home sits less than a block from Mission Blvd where you will find shopping and restaurants. We appreciated the 4 beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon as well. We had one very minor issue with the dryer that was addressed immediately. Highly recommend this home and can't wait to stay again!

It was a very nice house, but we had 2 issues that the property manager didn’t really address.

Thank you for your review, Thomas! We're sorry to hear you felt that we didn't address any issues during your stay. We felt that we addressed and escalated the excessive noise issue with the neighbor's Memorial Day party. We contacted the police on your behalf and shared their contact info with you as well. You also reported the one-time loud noise from our outdoor filtration system, which we replied to troubleshoot with you and mentioned we'd send our handyman by if the noise happened again. Nonetheless, we apologize you felt that way! We hope to welcome you back again.
