Spectacular Luxury Old Mill District Townhouse Walking Distance To River Walk

Located within walking distance of the Old Mill district and less than a mile to downtown, this contemporary home is newly constructed with green design and eco friendly materials with native landscaping. Brand new appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and finely selected, high quality furniture and appointments. Located in a peaceful and quiet community.

Master bedroom located upstairs features high ceiling with queen bed and master bathroom with twin vanity. Second bedroom also located upstairs features high ceiling with one twin/twin bunk bed and one twin/full bunk bed leading into a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have 32' flat screen TV's.

Downstairs living area has a comfy couch with twin recliners, plush oversized beanbag and (3) bar stools. A 40' hi-def flat screen TV, Bluetooth audio system and blu-ray player for your entertainment. Dining table is large with chair service for six.

Walk to the Les Schwab Amphitheater for some of the great outdoor events and concerts. Close to the Deschutes River running through the Old Mill District, Riverbend Park, kayaking, paddle boarding, river rafting, biking...all within walking from this prime location.

For some of the best skiing in the U.S., Mt. Bachelor is less than 30 minutes up the road. Just past Mt. Bachelor are some of the most pristine lakes you can find for fishing, hiking, biking. The Mt. Bachelor Super Shuttle is only 5 minutes away and can also get you to the mountain.

The house was clean, and had all of the amenities needed for our family stay. The location was very convenient as a jumping off point for local activities! The beds were not very comfortable, for for a few days, it was not a big deal. Great communication with Rob.

The property was as advertised but there were no coffee filters for the coffee pot, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. A first after many VRBO stays over several years.Also, the property was not as clean as most we’ve booked. The carpet going up the stairs and in the master bedroom /bathroom was extremely dirty.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely return. Communication with the owner was excellent—he was always quick to respond and very polite, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.The home had plenty of space for our family, including our three young adult kids, so everyone felt comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out.The location was a huge plus—very close to Old Mill and easily walkable, which made dining, shopping, and exploring incredibly convenient. It also had easy access to the highway, making it simple to get around the area.The property itself was very clean both inside and out, which we really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

The town house was ok, but I was surprised there was not any bath soap or shampoo. It was my own fault, I did not thoroughly read the house details. Th bath towels were not a very good quality and the ice maker was unusable until I pulled out the big chucks of ice. The outdoor table was very dirty. All in all, it was just ok for quality. But I loved how close it was to the concert and it had a pretty well stocked kitchen.

Perfect getaway, exactly as advertised.

Wonderful property, walking distance to many great food, drink and entertainment areas. Definitely will look this place up if we venture this way again. No surprises and host left great recommendations for activities. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Top notch place to stay.

Property was lovely and very close to the Old Mill District where there are many things to do! Floating the Deschutes river, going to concert, we saw Lainey Wilson! Many great places to dine or drink. Overall had a blast and would stay again. Thanks Ronn for your hospitality!

Really enjoyed our stay in Bend and at Rob’s place. Very comfortable house, nice to have a garage, and excellent setup for our family of four. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival, the property was clean and ready for our arrival. There were plenty of linens, especially towels (which was nice as there were 5 of us). The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Pack your toiletries (and coffee if you drink it)! The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to everything we needed.

Great location for concert

We came for a concert at Hayden Homes Amphitheatre, and this location was perfect for a short walk down to the venue. Great for families, too.
