Welcome to Leeward II Unit 4, a charming 2nd-floor beachfront condo located in the heart of Seagrove Beach near Eastern Lake. Nestled between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, this cozy retreat offers stunning ocean views and easy access to the best of 30A.

At the top of the stairs (please note, there is no elevator), you'll find a welcoming living room featuring a sleeper sofa. The living area opens up to a covered porch, an ideal spot to savor your morning coffee while watching the waves crash on the shore.

The guest room boasts a comfortable queen bed and a full bath. Additionally, there's a convenient bunk nook, perfect for kids or extra guests.

PERFECT LOCATION

The location of this property is AMAZING! It’s steps from the beach. The daily chair/umbrella setup is super convenient. The water is unbelievably clear. The unit was clean and cozy with an awesome view from the balcony.

Great condo and location but has thin walls

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is right on the beach, and our chairs were dutifully set up and waiting for us each morning. The view is BEAUTIFUL! The unit was clean and the bed was quite comfortable.The unit does not have a washer or dryer, but there is a community washer and dryer at the bottom of the stairs.The downside of our stay was the thin walls. We could hear every footstep and sometimes conversations when voices were raised. Bring earplugs and a loud sound machine.

Slightly overpriced

This property is in need of some upgrades. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and some finishings are in rough shape. Over all the stay was pleasant but we felt it to be a bit over priced.

The private beach was so nice and everyone who stayed there was so nice which made it that much better. The condo was nice and overlooked the ocean (my favorite). They left the best coffee and everything was nice and clean for us. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here. However, a few maintenance items could take it from good to great. The railing on the balcony doesn’t seem secure, rugs in the house would be nice and the step down to the beach has washed away and is over a 12” drop. Overall, a good spot to stay and I still recommended. But with a few minor adjustments, it could be great.

Great location!!

We had a great stay and really loved being right by the ocean with chairs/umbrella set up for us every morning. Nice deck from the condo to look out on the beach and ocean. There were a few items we had issues with (e.g. light bulbs, coffee maker) that the host addressed very quickly. Suggestions - replace the mattress/pillows, provide a cable tv service, add rental bikes, add bottom step to the beach. it seems to be missing. wasn't an issue for us but could see it may be for older guests. Enjoy!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous time but a couple of things were disappointing. No washer and dryer, no garbage disposal and difficult tv to navigate for rainy days. View and balcony was perfect, great bed and kitchen was well stocked. A little more updated decor would be recommended.

Good, but overpriced

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is good. It has all the amenities you need, plus access to the beach is unbeatable. However, I expected a little more for the price. There weren't convenient outlets in the bedroom and when I moved the dresser to plug in a charger, it was dusty and dirty, plus there are some scuffs/marks/small holes on the walls. The beach chair and umbrella service was nice but not well explained until I explicitly asked. The management company responded quickly to my inquiries and were good to work with. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, but it wasn't quite up to my initial expectations based on the price of the unit.

Perfect location

Great spot and location for family! Located directly on the beach- comes with beach chairs and umbrella set up! Also had a community washer and dryer which was a must with littles. The only downside was the WiFi wasn’t working properly the whole stay. I even reset the modem a handful of times. So that was inconvenient. We will definitely be coming back to stay!
