Property is on a beautiful location, and the kayaks and paddleboat was nice to have. Great location with grocery store and coffee shop nearby. Host was very helpful and super friendly.

Beautiful property with great outdoor amenities. Host was very responsive and helpful. We had a group of 11 and it had enough space for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Our purpose for the trip was to spend some time in Michigan in the fall since we have lived in the southwest for a long time and don’t get to experience the richness of fall. We wanted a place near water and in Northern Michigan. Overall, we had a nice vacation with perfect weather, rain included, and visiting with friends and family. Our purpose was satisfied greatly!The lake view is wonderful and we love School Section Lake and the surrounding area. All the amenities you need are there from grocery shopping, to diners, and an amazing little bakery. The house needs some upgrades and could use small amenities to make guests feel more comfortable. We enjoyed the canoe, the kayaks and the cornhole game (although we had to have a family member bring bean bags to use). The communication with host was good and you’ll love the location!

It was a beautiful stay! We enjoyed multiple boat rides with the pontoon rental and did lots of fishing. The view was lovely and the house was very stocked.

Clearview Lake House

The family and I had a wonderful time. The house was plenty big enough, and the stay was very comfortable. We would surely come back.

One of our best Labor Day weekend’s ever. Bryan was very easy to get ahold of and always very helpful. The place was perfect for the 4 of us. We enjoyed swimming, boating lounging by the fire and basically everything about this place. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful lake house

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed staying here and it’s our third time! The place was immaculate upon our arrival and Bryan is a great host. It’s a very relaxing and beautiful setting to kick back and enjoy time with your family. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

Great beach and lake. They have so many floats and sand toys for kids to play with. We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. Perfect space for 5 adults and 5 kids (3 of them were 3 and under). Would love to rent again!

Spacious, clean and comfortable

Pontoon was ready to go, timely email for check in, clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for two couples. Didn’t take long to make ourselves at home!

Great place for family fun on the water. I have family in this area and plan on coming back here. Clean, comfortable, spacoius and not overly pretentious. Late night loon calls a bonus. We don't have those back at home.

Great family vacation

We had the best time! The kids loved the kayaks, dock outside of the house, fishing, swimming. The fun didn’t stop, even in the rain. The owner was great, we had a question & we got an immediate reply with a resolution. I would highly recommend this property for family vacations on the lake!

Beautiful Lake

A great home for a family to make summer memories and enjoy lake living. The owner was still preparing for summer after outside improvements. The deck needed power washed yet but still a great location.

Great stay for golf trip

House is a little outdated but it was perfect for our guys golf weekend. Great location near Tullymoore and St. Ives. Caught some fish off the dock. Really enjoyed it. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Thanks
