Very nice, clean rental. Location was great! Quiet area, not "touristy", but close to many good restaurants. We ate at 3 and all were very good food. Beach access across the road is convenient and 2 miles north or south will give you great shelling opportunities. If you want shopping, 20 minutes and you have all you want in Venice. We'd stay again!

Great place, comfortable for our party of 3. Very clean and easy to walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants (5mins)! Absolutely a great place to stay at!

Very secluded and private, gorgeous views. Just amazing. So relaxing and stress free. Will definitely be back. The only problem I had was no accessable access to the beach and sand. Kinda misleading on the address. Didn't know we were supposed to turn on Dolphin cove but we finally figured it out

Clean, well stocked kitchen, nice towels, appliances. Loved the outdoor seating facing the bay, very relaxing and private. The beach access is for beach walking only, not spending time at the beach. Englewood beach has increased parking spaces, and not currently charging, so that was nice. Wish we could have stayed lionger!

I could not find the location, the host wouldn't answer my calls until I called Vrbo, the place I booked showed my on the beach, this place was elsewhere. I turned around and drove back home, what a terrible experience

Laura, you were given all directions and information before your stay, I also was on the phone with you for two hours sending you pins and gps links. You gave up and drove home. Please don’t leave false reviews on people’s pages.

I mistakenly thought the back had a beach, not a seawall. But it was a lovely view nonetheless. The access to the beaches seemed a bit treacherous, although it was high tide during the outskirts of Tropical Storm Bertha. Walking down the steps, I would have been immediately in the water rather than on the beach. But it was a lovely property, great location, and we had a wonderful time.

It was easy to contact host when we arrived. The place is spotless, the kitchen is nicely equipped. We had a dock outside our door which was nice. There is beach access, but it’s just for watching the sunset and quite a hike from the room. We were not there for the beach, we had business in town to attend to so it worked fine for us. We were happy!

My husband and I (& small 11 lb dog) thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in unit 1B at Palm Bay Condos! Our host, William, was very responsive and and so great to deal with. He answered all our questions timely and we couldn't have asked for a better host. The condo was obviously recently updated, super clean and well-stocked with just about everything you needed for a longer stay:) Loved the lanai area and spent quite a bit of time out there reading/hanging out overlooking Lemon Bay (beautiful sunrises over the bay!). My husband loved fishing off the dock, as well as at nearby Blind Pass and Englewood Beaches. The weather also cooperated and was really nice during our stay and we were able to go to the beach every day :) We preferred quieter Blind Pass/Middle Beach to Englewood Beach and liked having nice restaurants close by on the island. We especially enjoyed the laid back Beachcomber Trading Post on the water. Want to mention that alhough the unit has a private beach access across the street, there really isn't a beach area anymore as I believe it was washed away in the last hurricanes and hasn't been renourished as yet. It was still a lovely place to go watch the sunsets though :) Our adult son joined us for the Memorial Day weekend and still plenty of room for the 3 of us. Hoping we can come back and stay again soon and thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
