House was perfectly described. Loved the quiet location, host was great at communicating. Beds were very comfortable. We didn't get to chill out much since we were there for a tournament, but the house has a very relaxing vibe. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient location for us, as we were visiting family in the area. The host was very easy to communicate with and provided extras that were appreciated. We plan to stay there again next month.

We were disappointed with our stay. The house felt unfinished and poorly prepared for guests. None of the bathroom outlets worked, one bathroom had no hand soap, two bedrooms had no end tables. We weren't sure if the few towels found in the bathrooms were washed, but did find a few brand new (tags still on) in the hall closet. Beds had no blanket, expired food was left in the refrigerator, and there were no checkout instructions when we left. The walls, trim, and closet doors also appeared unfinished.

We take your concerns seriously and have already addressed the items mentioned, including checking bathroom outlets, reviewing housekeeping and inventory procedures, and ensuring essentials such as soap, linens, and checkout information are consistently provided and clearly communicated. We also reviewed kitchen preparation standards to prevent any oversight regarding refrigerator contents. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as guest feedback helps us improve. Nice little place out of town, but centrally located between Lewes/Rehoboth beaches and Dover, DE. Route 1 is a little over a mile from house, with easy on and off access at Slaughter Neck Road. Nice amenities included with our stay. An extra bonus was seeing deer in the mornings and evenings. We had an enjoyable experience. We had no issues during our stay and the host, Jemimah, communicated well with us.

The property host was fantastic and I shared what was flawed. Both bathroom plugs didn’t work so I had to blow dry my hair in the kitchen. Scented plug ins were so strong that my sister and I couldn’t sleep and windows didn’t open up to air out the place. The main dresser draw in 2nd bedroom simply fell out when you opened it. So you couldn’t use it. The master bedroom shower curtain isn’t secured properly so the shower curtain falls if you touch it. The kitchen had very limited items in case you wanted to cook. It served our needs because we only needed to sleep there. Host was very responsive & helpful!
