Welcome to your Bowers Beach retreat! Our beautiful property is a stone's throw from the beach and just 10 min from DE Turf complex. Ideal for families, couples, friends, and teams, our home has all the comforts you need. Enjoy bay views from the front porch (outdoor dining and lounging) and walk across the street to our local bars and restaurants (ask us for recomendations!). Or, if you prefer a cozy night in, our oversized couch is the perfect spot for movie or game nights with the family. Book your stay now and experience the best of Delaware living!
The home has three large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have queen beds with upstairs rooms having an additional daybed/trundle (2 singles), futon (1 full), and pull-out chair bed (1 single). All amenities you need for your stay are included in the home, as well as additional amenities to include board games, beach toys, grill, Keurig/pods, printer. For a full list please reference listing amenities and reach out with questions!
Guests have full access to the entire front porch, home, back deck, and front and back yards. The garage is not a part of the rental property, however there are parking spaces behind the house.
Note: Our home is raised 5 feet off the ground, therefore steps are required for both entrances of the house as well as for the upstairs bedrooms.

Great location, very nicely setup house.Scott was great at remedying some issues.One concern might be the upstairs rooms are pretty warm and the "swamp coolers" are not the easiest or quietest to operate.

Your visit coincided with a hotter-than-normal heat wave, which made keeping any home comfortable more challenging. We also provide evaporative coolers and have added 15 inches of attic insulation to help keep the upstairs comfortable, even on the hottest days. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again!

We had an amazing stay at this house! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the outdoor space was perfect and by the water! The location was convenient and peaceful, making it easy to enjoy both nearby attractions and quiet downtime. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the whole experience seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

Beautifully clean, spacious and welcoming beach house in a tiny fishing community. Gorgeous beach a stones throw from the front door. The house had everything we needed and was spotless and cosy. Will definitely be back one day.....

Loved the house and location. We loved being close to a quiet beach area. The local restaurant was the best food we had on the trip. The host was easy to work with and great at communication. We would stay again!

We had a great stay here despite the rain for 3 of the 4 days. The hosts were excellent and quick to respond. Highly recommend this place. It’s in a small quiet community but not far to drive to anything you need. The beach here is beautiful and not busy.

Our stay was perfect!From easy check in to accommodations we couldn’t ask for anything more.The home is spacious, homey, comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. Everything was provided right down to beach chairs, umbrella and sunscreen. Highly recommended staying here and would definitely come back!

Bowers Beach Retreat
Nice stay… good family home…. Lots of sleeping accommodations…. A few steps from the beach!!!!! Great host!!!!!

Everything was as described. Scott was prompt in responding. We didn’t have a chance to use any beach equipment due to weather but the beach is a 5min walk.

Everything was great. The kitchen was nice and spacious. All of the amenities came with it. It was in a safe environment and a comfortable stay.

Fantastic House
The house was clean ans spacious, just as described. The owner was responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Location was petfect for beach and fishing

Perfect Beach Getaway
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property offered great Wi-Fi, central air to keep us cool and comfortable, and plenty of privacy. The best part was being just steps away from the beach — it made our mornings and evenings so relaxing. Scott, our host, was extremely communicative and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything was exactly as described, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great time
We had an awesome wknd at this property. Everything was great. There were a few minor things but they did not impact our stay at all. Would stay again when in the area visiting family.
