We loved our time at the beach and enjoyed this beautiful beach house so much! Very family friendly and the Host was flexible and clear with communication. We especially loved the extra large porch and the screened in porch.We would definitely come back and rent again! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay celebrated my sons bday with family and it was very accommodating. Plenty of space to sleep in and location is perfect. Our host checked in on us making sure everything was good. It was a comfortable stay and great customer service. The house has so many amenities love the lift and tons of sitting areas.

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect. Every detail has been thought of. The close access to the beach was such a positive feature of our trip! The host was great and very communicative. Our group felt at home and there was plenty of space. We will definitely be returning for future trips and recommending Nauti Time Coastal Retreat to our friends and family. We couldn't be happier with our stay here!

The host communicated very well. He was easy to get in touch with. We loved how close it was to the beach and how nice the upstairs deck was to sit a relax on. We loved having access to a cargo lift! That was amazing. A great place to stay for a large family and definitely worth the price. I found that there were some things I use daily that his kitchen isn't equipped with and there isn't a full list of kitchen supplies. Some things I needed but couldn't find were a coffee grinder, wisk, and a ladle. Come prepared with pre-ground coffee or bring your own grinder. There was no laundry detergent or fabric softener/dryer sheets. We supplied that ourselves but it was amazing having an in house laundry unit. The air filter and vents were very dusty and made it a challenge to cool the house towards the end of our trip. Not sure when it was last replaced. May just need to be checked/cleaned between stays. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a TV in each room. The VRBO page describes having a room with 2 double bunk beds and 1 double bed in it, but it's actually just 1 double bunk bed and one double bed in that room which sleeps 6. So that description just needs to be adjusted. We absolutely loved our stay. I would highly recommend and we will definitely visit again! You won't be disappointed if you stay here.
