The Space:
This comfortable Sunriver home, with its private hot tub, fireplace, and adorable interior, will give the whole family a vacation to remember! Inside, the home is modern and bright with natural wood floors, plenty of natural light, new interior paint, and new light fixtures and bedding to create a nice, homey feel. Settle into one of the super-comfortable couches in the living room and adjust to the leisurely pace of Sunriver. There is a 60' cable TV in the family room, and a gas fireplace to make you feel cozy during the winter and on cool summer nights. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room, so you'll be able to cook and socialize at the same time. Three stools at the counter allow for closer company. A picnic-style wooden dining table will fit eight so that everyone can enjoy a meal together. And for the little ones, a Pack and Play Playpen is available for use.
What's nearby:
Just a five-minute walk to SHARC (eight passes are provided) and the Village at Sunriver, you'll have easy access to the best amenities at the resort. Sunriver is a favorite destination in Central Oregon, and for good reason - you can kayak, canoe, or float down the Deschutes River. Go horseback riding at the stables two miles away, or play golf on tthe many public golf courses in Sunriver! The Nature Center and Observatory, just over a mile away, is home to majestic birds of prey, and you can view the stars through giant telescopes on certain nights.
Some fun destinations just outside of Sunriver include the Lava River Cave just a few miles north on Cottonwood and Benham Falls Trail for gorgeous summer hiking next to Class VI rapids! If the water draws your attention, consider a guided rafting trip through Sun Country Tours (you'll go on smaller rapids). For a slightly longer drive, head south 30 miles to Paulina Lake for an amazing volcanic lake with stunning views.

Amazing place! Literally everything we needed in the kitchen. Steps from SHARC (timed it 3.5min), steps to Village (timed it 8min) faster with the awesome bikes in the garage. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the bedrooms being on opposite ends of house so could have privacy. Great water pressure in shower(s). Deck was peaceful, tons of chairs - enjoyed watching wildlife and passerbys. Used the SHARC passes for the pool and did pickleball. Board games in closet (didn't have a chance to play)Appreciated the A/C and host was VERY attentive. Didn't use hot tub but looked enticing ! Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and home
Perfect for our group of 6 which included 2 young kids aged 4 & 6. Great location and amenities, and very clean and comfortable.

Great stay
We loved this house. It was very comfortable and updated and clean. Location was great being close to SHARC and the village. We will definitely stay here again!

Great find! Good Location, clean, comfortable
This was a perfect place for us to stay the weekend- bike to mall for dinner, morning walks, pool close by. Very clean, great house layout for 2 couples, kitchen stocked well so we could eat in.

Great rental!
The location of this rental was amazing! It also felt very welcoming and homey! We will book this home again for future trips!!

Great place!
This was an awesome location and had all that we needed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace! So relaxing. Will come back again!

Comforatble house near the Mall
Really appreciated the large screen TV for watching the Olympics and the abundance of towels for a R&R after a day of adventure!

Beautiful Sunriver
My family and I had such a comfortable stay here. Wonderful AC made hot July days much more comfortable; easy SHARC access, and plenty of bikes-will definitely book again.

Amazing location - all you need
All you need for a great stay in SunRiver is in this house. The location is unbeatable and the property layout, stock and design are excellent. Love the light, extras, comfy beds, deck and open layout.
