Lovely place .Only suggestions.:Use better quality paper towelsAnd toilet paper.Master bath shower and sinks need a good clean out . Very slow and sluggish to drain. May become a larger problem overtime if not attended to.Overall a great place! Thank you!

If there is a possibility you might need to cancel, don’t book at this place. I tried cancelling a week before and to let them know I might be needing an emergency oral mouth surgery and they weren’t understanding. They didn’t even refund me for the cleaning even though we obviously didn’t go and no cleaning was needing to be done.

We are sorry you had to have emergency oral surgery. We hope it went well. For unforseen events trip insurance is a great option.

Good house, good location.

The house furnishings could use an update, but overall this property was a good value for its accommodations and location in Sunriver.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained property. Surprisingly well equipped kitchen. Great location within Sunriver. Would rent again without hesitation.

Wonderful New Years Skication

Wonderful place for a Skication to Mt Bachelor and exploring Sunriver. We loved the spacious kitchen and living room for family time, and the location was a 6-minute drive to Sunriver village for ice skating, shopping, and Sunriver Brewing. The hottub was perfect for soaking our ski muscles.

Great house

Aspen 3 was a great location for our family. We enjoyed the easy access to bike trails and proximity to the mountain bike trail. Sun River never disappoints in the outdoor activities to enjoy and Aspen 3 was a great home away from home.

Updated, Well Appointed and Clean

Property was completely updated and clean. Hot tub and bikes were a great bonus for our two teen boys and us. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home

This home was perfect for our family during our spring ski trip. Quick drive to the mountain. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and the home was very clean and comfy.
