Perfect location. Easy walk to Coligny shops and restaurants. Condo is very nice, had everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Yes, it's small, but perfect for two. We had a couple issues with our "codes" but Vacasa was very quick and attentive. Such a beautiful week.

Clean room, great location

The room was very clean, it was stocked perfectly for our family to cook our meals. The location was great, we love being able to see the ocean and just walk right out to the beach, we didn't have to cross any roads with our small kids. We'd love to stay at this location again.

Great location that is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

The property is in a good location. The pool was on the ground floor right below the room which is a great spot for kids. Room meet our needs as we were not in the room very much with all the things to do around Hilton Head Island.

Hilton Head condo

We have stayed at the Sea Side Villas in the past and have always enjoyed our stay. The property is small but it provided everything we needed. I agree with other post about the furniture being uncomfortable but we were fortunate to be outside for most of our stay. The bedroom is small and even with fans warm.
