Great stay on Key Colony

We really enjoyed our stay here! Helen the host, was super responsive if we needed anything at all. Close to everything and we enjoyed being able to walk over to the Cabana Club.

The place was great. Only issue was the AC in the master bedroom was loud. But when you are out running all day it is easy to fall asleep after a few minutes. Lots of room to park, great dock area and a clean space. Overall great stay and great accommodations. Nice to have a bait cooler downstairs as it is easy to utilize for the boat.

Family Fishing Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! We have rented in Key Colony Beach many times, and we would stay here again. The host was great, with good communication.

Beautiful place, will say don't run the kitchen sink inbetween the two sinks or it will link down the cabinets from it not being sealed properly but other than that absolutely terrific place to stay!

Excellent vacation spot

We really enjoyed our time here. Helen, the property manager, was very prompt in responding back to any questions we had and was very pleasant to work with. We would not hesitate to come back!

Comfortable stay and great amenities

Our stay was super comfy. The location was prime, and the community amenities were just we were looking for. , The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you to Helen who was always just a call away.

Great stay!

The location of this property is great! Helen was great to work with and responded quickly each time I had a question. If you have a boat, this is paradise! Close walk to Sunset Park for an awesome view of the setting Sun!!

Great place with easy access and space for boat. Owner was extremely communicative and accommodating. We will be back for sure!

We love staying at Helen’s Key Colony home. It is equipped with all our needs and the location is perfect. Helen is very attentive to any issues that may arise. We are booked for next year.

Keys Family Vacation

This property was great for the 4 of us. Docking a boat on the canal was great and we had fun exploring the keys from the water. The key Colony amenities were underwhelming so we didn’t use them. But the property itself was great. We were close enough to groceries and other beaches to enjoy. Overall great trip.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful peaceful fun vacation at the Grey Pelican! The home is exactly as depicted and described with everything you need. Helen was super responsive and helpful with plans etc. All new and clean in a super location for privacy, sunsets, dining out or in and walking-Going Back for sure!

Great vacation.

Our family loved this vacation home. The location was perfect and the view of the canal was so exciting. The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of seating in kitchen/family room. The balcony was the best. Always a cool breeze. We loved it so much that we booked for 3 weeks next year. Helen was always helpful with any questions. Also the kayaks were a nice addition.

Our week in Key Colony

Had a great experience from start to finish. Easy check in and out. Very clean house. Lovely community. Lost water twice through no fault of the individual houses. Wish we would have stayed longer

KCB stay

the house was fine but the kitchen was tough no counter space and the layout was like a large hotel room. no frills. very basic.

The PERFECT Keys experience!

Our family of 4 had such an excellent vacation here! Location of Key Colony Beach is amazing - quiet but close to everything! Marathon Key as a perfect place to stay for an authentic Florida Keys experience without the crowds of tourists. This rental was clean, well equipped, and the host was very responsive! We were able to rent a boat which we docked next to our property for three days - so much fun! It was also very nice to have access to a beach which is hard to come by in the keys. We really lucked out and we saw Manatees swimming in the canal behind the property every evening! Our family will definitely be returning!
