Great condo in Coco Plum, newly renovated, on a wide deepwater canal with private boat launch and trailer parking. Canal goes out to the Atlantic. There is a heated saltwater pool. It is l mile from sandy Coco Plum beach and a few miles from sandy Sombrero Beach park with facilities. There is a 7 day minimum rental. The rental rate of $134/night is for 2. Additional guests will be an additional charge of $15 per guest/per day. The maximum for guests is 4. Best fishing in summer months!

Excellent stay

This was our 3rd stay here. Owners are excellent to work with. The property is in a great location. It is nicely decorated and updated. Will definitely rent again!!

Great location and facility

We had a wonderful time relaxing here A very nice and friendly neighborhood and close to several places of entertainment and beaches. The owners went out of their way to make us comfortable. We will definitely stay with them again

Great spot

We had a great stay. House was well stocked in kitchen and with towels etc. Met some really nice people. Located close to everything we needed and right on the water. Hope to come back soon.

Perfect location!

The place was just what we wanted, had a relaxed vibe very clean. My husband was able to fish right there on the channel. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and as an added plus we had some manatee’s visit.

Great value and location!

As a frequent visitor to the keys this property a great value and middle keys location. There are great restaurants close by and easy access to Atlantic Ocean for getting on the reef. The property is well maintained and clean. We had a great stay and some amazing spear fishing!

Nice little place right outside the hustle bustle

Place was nice and everything you need you need for a place in the keys. Central location on the islands, quite neighborhood, deep canal with lots of fish and wildlife.

The location was spot on We had our boat and it was easy access to the Atlantic or Gulf Condo was very clean and beautiful Owner Ashley was awesome She allowed us to do an early check in as well We would definitely stay here again Thank you again for a wonderful vacation spot

Marathon paradise

Wonderful, quiet, clean property. About 10mins into town to beach, more restaurants. Lovely porch & docks. We had a very enjoyable stay & would visit again. Thank you to our hosts for such a lovely time.

3 Weeks in Paradise

Exactly As Described

This location was great and exactly as described. We had a great week of fishing and relaxing. If you have your own boat or rent they have a launch/dock right in front of the unit. Parking is abundant and unit is very clean and kitchen fully equipped.

Awesome condo

Our condo was everything that the description says it is. It was absolutely spotless. The neighbors were very nice and helpful. The view was absolutely gorgeous .we also enjoyed the pool and the boat ramp with the dock. The owner did everything to make our stay wonderful with her communication ,early check-in that we enjoyed. Will definitely rent again.

Nice clean place on the canal

We had a great time at this nice clean condo that has everything you need. It was very nice to have a private boat ramp launch cause of the crowded local ramps. You wont regret booking this condo, also we were lucky enough to see a family of manatees at the dock on our last day!

Great Location and Condo!

We booked this property sight unseen but were pleasantly surprised as the condo was recently updated/remodeled and was very clean! It was even nicer than the pictures on the listing. Property Manager and Owners were very easy to work with, we were able to rent a boat for a few days and kept it right at the complex, very convenient. Highly recommend and will be a repeat guest for sure.

Great stay once Again

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here at Coco Plum. The condo was spotless and has everything we need for a week's stay. The owner is wonderful and is always available if we needed anything. She is genuinely concerned that everything was provided as advertised. Only regret is that it was not available for our dates this year!

Great vacation!

My husband and I visit the Keys once a year and usually stay in Marathon. This is the first time we stayed at this location which we chose carefully because it had access to a boat slip. The condo was perfect for us! It was meticulously clean and was just as the photos depicted. The location was perfect because we rent a boat at Coco’s Boat Rental, which we highly recommend as well! The hosts were exceptionally easy to work with. We had not one issue! We will stay here again!

Fun Stay in Marathon

We had a lovely time in this condo. The location was very good for exploring the area around Marathon and even for a day trip to Key West. There was plenty of space for the two of us and we found the amenities to be comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied and we were able to cook many meals in the condo. We also enjoyed the perfectly heated pool and spotting a manatee swimming in the canal. Overall good experience and glad that we stayed here. Thank you.

A little piece of paradise

The unit was fresh, and impeccably clean. We swam in the pool at least twice a day, it was so inviting and quiet. The unit manager and owner we’re wonderful to work with, If any problems were to arise. They truly are there to make sure you have a wonderful stay, and we did, we will be back. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Lovely Little Piece of Heaven

Great location in Marathon. Convenient to restaurants, stores and tackle shops. Weather was beautiful for the week we were there. Only problem was there was no grill available for our use as was stated in the listing. Owners were very good as far as communicating with us as to what the problem was.

We live in the Destin area in Florida but we have been going to the Keys for more than 30 years at Christmas. We always camped at the state parks which are really hard to book, so we decided to finally buy a place where a boat can be docked. Our son is also a captain and teaches sailing in Key Largo when he can.
