Great condo in Coco Plum, newly renovated, on a wide deepwater canal with private boat launch and trailer parking. Check on dock availability. Canal goes out to the Atlantic. There is a heated saltwater pool. It is l mile from sandy Coco Plum beach and a few miles from sandy Sombrero Beach park with facilities. There is a 7 day minimum rental. The rental rate of $134/night is for 2. Additional guests will be an additional charge of $15 per guest/per day. The maximum for guests is 4. Best fishing in summer months!

Excellent location within a couple of miles of everything you might need - grocery stores, restaurants, bait shops, beaches, etc. The condo had the essentials and was very comfortable. Friendly community with pool but the best part is the dock and boat slip option/access. Ashley was great to work with and checked in to make sure all was well. Highly recommend this property!

This was our second time staying at the at the condo at Coco Plums and it did not disappoint. This place is awesome. The owners make you feel welcome . They even called to let us know. We could check in early that the place was ready. Your own dock space plus the boat ramp is a dream come true. We are already planning our next vacation here and the saltwater pool is a bonus. My wife and I chose this condo in Marathon for our 30th Anniversary celebration trip to the Keys. We were beyond impressed with everything about it. Our check in process with the host was smooth and they were responsive to all of our questions. Upon arrival, the condo was spotlessly clean. Its proximity to beaches and great restaurants on the island was an added bonus. It was the closest thing to being 'home away from home' on any trip we've been on in a very long time. We highly recommend you consider this as your place to stay on your trip to Marathon!

The host was absolutely awesome to work with. The condo was beautiful and super clean. It was also a plus to have a private launch and boat dock at our fingertips. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family!

Super clean and fully stocked with everything needed for a fantastic vacation. The whole property was perfect for us and quiet. Boat launch and slip were great! And a chilled pool to top it off!

Private boat ramp was a big positive on Marathon. You can catch fish at the dock too. We saw a Manatee in the canal as well!

This was our 3rd stay here. Owners are excellent to work with. The property is in a great location. It is nicely decorated and updated. Will definitely rent again!!

Great location and facility

We had a wonderful time relaxing here A very nice and friendly neighborhood and close to several places of entertainment and beaches. The owners went out of their way to make us comfortable. We will definitely stay with them again

Very nice little place to stay. It was clean and the perfect location. Hosts were very nice and easy to talk with. Anything we needed was attended to immediately. Would totally recommend!!

Great value and location!

As a frequent visitor to the keys this property a great value and middle keys location. There are great restaurants close by and easy access to Atlantic Ocean for getting on the reef. The property is well maintained and clean. We had a great stay and some amazing spear fishing!

We live in the Destin area in Florida but we have been going to the Keys for more than 30 years at Christmas. We always camped at the state parks which are really hard to book, so we decided to finally buy a place where a boat can be docked. Our son is also a captain and teaches sailing in Key Largo when he can.
