This spacious home offers a great ocean view and is located on a canal with a dock and room for a boat up to 24 feet in length. Spread out over two levels, this spacious getaway features a full kitchen, a lower-level kitchenette, a patio, and a private, outdoor pool.
This rental is an easy walk or bike ride to Sombrero Beach as well as the Turtle Hospital, Dolphin Research Center, Crane Point Museum and Nature Center, and the Seven Mile Bridge. Enjoy a day on or in the water fishing, snorkeling, or diving. Key West is just a 50-mile drive south across the Seven Mile Bridge, while to the North is Islamorada and Key Largo, where you'll find many great restaurants to enjoy.
There is nearby construction across the water and not in the same street, Noise at times is inevitable.

Great place to vacation
Awesome property! Beautiful views of the ocean with plenty or outdoor porch space to eat and relax. Walking distance to sombrero beach. Would defiantly stay here again.

Great home in the middle of it all
Home was just as advertised. Kitchen well stocked. Beds comfortable. Plenty of space for all. Pool lovey. Beach just down the street. Great location to parks, beaches and restaurants. Some days construction was noisy but we headed to beach on those days.

Vacation was amazing.
This is a great location in Marathon with a beautiful ocean view. It had everything we needed and it was centrally located so easy to run and pick up anything we forgot. But we rarely left, it was just the place we needed to relax and get away.

The house was large and roomy for eight adults. Loved all the outdoor living areas and used the heated pool almost daily especially the days the weather cooled down. We fished the channel behind the house and grilled our catch. We would stay here again.

Nice home and location
Spacious and well equipped home. The dock was a big plus for our boat. Close to many dive and fishing spots. Ample parking, and home was clean. The pool is a nice postlude to being out on the water.

Wonderful Vacation
We had a great time and would return to this house. It was great for our family of 4 + grandparents. Pool and view were great! Sliding doors were super hard to open and close but we just used the side door. Thanks for a great week!

Excellent location and amenities
This was the perfect house for our fammily trip. A quite neighborhood with everything we needed from the kitchen to the pool deck and verandas looking out onto an unobstucted view of the ocean. Very clean. The pool was always at the right temperature to refresh after our days activites.

Sombrero Beach House
Perfect location! Very clean....Only cons were didn’t supply paper products i.e. paper towels, garbage bags or dish cleaning supplies.

Family Getaway
We love the Sombrero Beach home. The accommodations were perfect for 3 families and the downstairs suite made for cozy sleeping for our 2 small grandchildren. There is nothing I would change. Thank you! Looking forward to coming back in February

Awesome vacation house
Great house! Great space for a family of 5, felt like we could have fit a couple more. Awesome pool. Great kitchen. 1 mile to two grocery stores. Super close to the beach. Sketchy and shallow entrance to canal by boat if you rent one, but it’s doable at low tide with a smaller center console. Our first trip to Keys and were not disappointed!

Marathon vacation
We had a great stay at the house. Nice open dining and living area. Beautiful view of the sunrise from a very large open patio upstairs. Plenty of patio & pool deck room downstairs. Great overall space for a family.
Access to small watercraft/kayaks is very difficult from the dock. The jet ski lift is broken. There should be a ladder added on the dock.
Overall - very nice place to stay.
