The condo was a perfect beach getaway. You could not ask for a better location close to everything. We parked the car and did not get back in the car until it was time to leave. Love how everything is walkable. Will definitely return to Gulf Place!

Thank you so much to RealJoy Vacations for hosting us! We had a wonderful stay. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the upgraded appliances and unbeatable location—being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, and the beach made everything so easy and enjoyable.Shunk Gulley and Shelby’s on the Beach were definite highlights, with delicious food, friendly service, and plenty of entertainment. We loved spending time in this beautiful, relaxing part of 30A, and the combination of the cozy condo, walkable location, and laid-back atmosphere is exactly why we would happily return!

The property was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The balcony provided a distant view of the beach and gulf. The location was perfect - short walk to the beach, pool, multiple restaurants and shops. There are only two units per floor in the building so there was never a wait for the elevator. The management company communicated clearly with us. We had a minor issue with a ceiling fan which they addressed promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely book here again. The location is hard to beat—you can walk to the beach, great restaurants, shops, a liquor store, and everything Gulf Place has to offer. One of our favorite surprises was the balcony. We actually had a view of the ocean, and it was perfectly positioned close enough to enjoy the energy and live music around Gulf Place while still feeling private and relaxing.The condo was clean, comfortable, and having what felt like a private elevator (thanks to the small number of units in the building) made coming and going incredibly easy. The included beach chairs and umbrella were a huge bonus and made our beach days effortless.We did have a small A/C issue when we arrived, but the property manager handled it exceptionally well. They immediately arranged for an after-hours technician, who diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in about 10 minutes. That level of responsiveness really stood out.Overall, this was a fantastic stay with an excellent location, great amenities, and outstanding management. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting 30A.
