We had the best vacation at Lake Daze! It had everything we needed to make the perfect lake getaway! From the hot tub to the putting green and game room! Everyone was entertained. The location was perfect to rent a boat: very close to the Marina. And the house was beautifully furnished. We hope to return next year!

The house was beautiful inside and out. The host was extremely helpful and was able to make our stay enjoyable. The only complaint we had was access to the floating dock because the lake had dropped 5 feet and was dropping at a rate of 0.17 feet per night. There was a 4-5 foot drop down to the floating dock making it impossible for the dog to get down to the water and for the wife to get back up on the dock. She had to walk up on the rocks, climb up onto the wood bench and then up onto the dock each day. We loved the Hot Tub, the porch swing, and all the comfortable seating inside and outside the house. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and everyone felt safe while walking. Lot's deer around the neighborhood as well. In the garage there was 2 kayaks, a TV, a ping-pong table, and an arcade game which we all enjoyed.

Thank you for your review. Low water levels this season has definitely been a challenge at the lake for everyone this season. We hope going forward this will not be an issue.

The home was beautiful, well maintained, and very clean. The views were also stunning.However, as a kayak bass fisherman, the mention of kayaks in the listing led me to assume there would be a place on the property to launch them. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The kayaks on site appear to be brand new, likely because there is no practical way to get them down to the water from the property. While I understand that assumption was partly on my end, clearer information in the listing would have helped set expectations.Communication was also an issue. I asked a question four days prior to arrival but did not receive a response until the day before check-in, which limited our ability to adjust our plans. We also asked about nearby locations to launch the kayaks and did not receive a response. I was able to ask a neighbor, and he stated it was miles away. So, if you don't have a truck the kayaks are worthless. Because of these issues, I am leaving a three-star rating.

Perfect setting for our family trip!

The property and setting of this house is beautiful and was perfect for us. We had 3 adult couples, two trucks with bass boat trailers and a rental car and all fit fine. The dock and deck were great! I wish the games were in the house and not the out building but we were glad to have them. The views were stunning! We were close enough to everything to grocery shop or eat out. Close to the state park. Beautiful home and the property felt private. Us having a dog we appreciated the big back yard. The only reason I did not give five stars is because of several cleaning/maintenance issues that I felt like should have been managed before we got there. Left used towels, garbage left in the kitchen, hot tub needed a filter, the blackstone was dirty, no dishwasher pods or laundry pods, and they didn't fill the salt in the water softener so the water was very rusty. The water heater could not handle all of us showering either. Once those mounted up I had to take off a star. It truly is a gorgeous place. They can easily fix the other stuff by getting a better cleaner/maint crew. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
