You couldn’t ask for a better location to stay when visiting in Cortez or traveling to see Mesa Verde, Hovenweep, and Canyon of the Ancients national parks. The house is gorgeous, pristine, spacious, comfortable, and centrally located. It’s a perfect setting for a couple or a family. Super highly recommended.

Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Very clean nice home. Could use an iron and ironing board or steamer otherwise it had everything we need besides that!

This property is new, beautifully furnished, and very clean. The host was very prompt and responsive to questions. I would happily stay there again.

The house is new, clean, and everything works. The pictures of the rooms were very accurate. It is serviced by a gravel driveway and road, but both are short. A nice place to stay while visiting Southwest Colorado.

Quiet location with everything one could need nearby; the perfect location. The home is designed and decorated with Southwestern flair, the garage is wonderful, the layout provides privacy while encouraging community. Grace is an attentive and responsive host. Everything needed and more is here!

This house was perfection down to everythingLocation was amazing - it’s close to Mesa Verde National Park and to the cityYet it still feels remote and private The space is fantastic and we loved the fact that I had two full bathrooms and queen size bedsThe host was amazingly communicative and accommodatingThis home is a must day if you are visiting the national parkIt’s super close to a lot of sites of interest and there are amazing Mexican restaurants available in town. We also loved that we were able to charge our EV vehicleWe would absolutely stay here again and maybe next time bring our pets

Beautiful location and easy access to Cortez businesses and shopping. This home greatly accommodated three adults and provided amble room to cook and serve all our meals and and enjoy the outdoor patio of the beautiful mountain and mesa views. Grace the host of the VRBO was extremely communicative.

Grace’s place was wonderful!!! This place is spotless, the beds are more than comfortable, the linens were marvelous and plentiful, the views are amazing and the neighborhood is quiet. It was the perfect home base for a family visit for a one year old granddaughter’s first birthday. Will definitely keep it in mind for the next time we are all in town.
