The condo was beautifully kept and worked very well for our family. The location is perfect for a quick walk right out to the beach and pool access as well. Definitely considering coming back in the future!

Fantastic location! The condo was very clean and had all of the comforts of home. There were plenty of dishes/pots etc. for us to whip up a meal. The beds were soft and comfortable too! The host was very communicative and helpful. We hope to be able to visit again!

We had a very nice week at the beach. The condo was well equipped and nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable. We liked the fact that it was so close to the beach. The only negatives were that the bedroom with the twin beds was quite warm and the view wasn’t the best.

First time at OIB and we loved it. Condo was great. Right on the beach. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen supplies and other amenities (dish soap, laundry detergent, etc). Kerry was great at communicating ahead of time and answering any questions we had in a timely manner. Plenty of room for the 3 of us.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was incredibly clean when we arrived, which made us feel comfortable right away. The outdoor seating area was a great bonus. We really enjoyed spending time outside relaxing and listening to the ocean. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was fresh and cozy, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely stay here again!

The lock was a little tricky but the place was nice. We had a little problem with the Wi-Fi on the last day but otherwise everything was great. The pool and walkway to the beach were perfect. Lived our stay.

Weather was perfect, pool was awesome. Very short walk to the beach/pool. Condo was well equipped. Questions answered quickly. Loved that we had the use of two storage units at the bottom of the stairs for boards and chairs. A/C worked well in all rooms except the one with twin beds. That one got a bit stuffy, but there was a vertical fan available that saved the day. Washing machine and dryer worked well. Well equipped kitchen. No issues with parking. Quiet area (besides a barking dog below us). Beach wasn't too busy. Lights on deck were nice to sit outside and chat at night. The week went too fast! We had a great time and hope to be back!!

The house was very clean, very close to the beach, unfortunately, there were a lot of cockroaches. We saw then crawling on the ceilings in both the bedroom and the kitchen. Yes, the complex is oceanfront, however unit B3 doesn't have an ocean view. We were very disappointed that the description of the condo was not clearer. This was my first visit to OIB, and I really loved the beach here, but we will not be returning to this condo.

Towels and bedroom necessities were there onsite and had plenty for the wk. Took extra toilet paper and paper towels but those were also there. Quiet and peaceful. Beds need to be a little more softer. Easy access to the beach alot of steps if u stay on 3rd floor.

My family enjoyed the pool and the beach just steps away . The condo was newly renovated , clean and had everything you could need. Communication through the entire process was easily understandable . I would stay here again.
