This cute revamped cottage is the ideal spot for a small group or family looking for an entire place to themselves with ample parking, outdoor space, and a short walk to all the action at the North End of Hampton Beach. Bonus for those looking to bring up to two dogs (fees apply).

This quaint two-bedroom beach cottage from 1940 offers a comfortable layout with the living area on the first floor as well as the bathroom and two bedrooms on the top floor. The 1st floor also features a porch to relax or enjoy a coffee.

Located on a dead end street, the cottage features off-street parking, a yard with outdoor couches and a grill. Hybiscus is nestled in the middle of the action only a short walk to Hampton Beach (5 minutes), restaurants (5 minutes), and local attractions (4 minutes to the top of the strip, 25 minutes to the south end).

This place offers the charm of a traditional Hampton-beach stay with modern updates for those nostalgic to Hampton Beach and can appreciate a good old-fashioned cottage.

Living Area: Enter through the front door into a bright living room with ample seating. The space includes a futon couch, barrel chairs and a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The futon couch offers additional sleeping for 2 (with extra linens located in the bedrooms upstairs).

Sunroom: Narrow porch space with a game table and outdoor couch for an extra sleeping spot if needed for the early risers who don't mind the bright sun in the AM.

Kitchen: The galley kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals and includes a classic four-burner stove/oven, microwave, blender, and full-size refrigerator. Cookware, dining essentials, and drip coffee with sugar and creamer are all provided.

Outdoors: The kitchen opens up to the backyard seating, giving great flow to the space allowing for easy food or drink prep. Enjoy the New England summers with two couches, an umbrella and a BBQ (propane provided).

Primary Bedroom: This bedroom features a full bed with fresh linens, bedside tables, and a closet for storage. Large windows bring in natural light and offer relaxing views, creating a quieter retreat from the main beach area. Fans provided and window AC installed during warmer periods.

Secondary Bedroom: This bedroom features two twin beds with fresh linens, a dresser and a closet for storage. Fan provided and window AC installed during warmer periods.

Bathroom: The bathroom is located just off the kitchen on the first floor and includes a stand-up shower, along with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your stay. There is no bathroom on the second floor with the bedrooms.

Parking: There is parking for two cars at Hybiscus, you must park on the left side of the property.

The property also includes two dedicated parking space, a simple self-check-in process, and professional cleaning and management for a consistent, high-quality stay.

Good to Know: The cottage is located on a dead end street with stairs to get into the front door and to the bedrooms on the second floor. There is no on-site laundry; however, nearby options within a quarter mile and delivery services are available. Two dedicated parking space is included, with additional metered and overnight parking options nearby if needed. We do not allow extra parking between stays or additional parking spots.
