The process for completing the reservation was easy and quick. The host was great to work with and replied very quickly to messages and responses.The condo is very nice and well maintained property.

This condo was absolutely amazing!!! This is our 10th year coming PCB and after a falling out with our hosting company we were very worried about finding a suitable replacement. This place put all our worry’s to rest! We loved the attention to detail and the obvious love put into this place. We stayed for two weeks and never once had to contact the host. Communication was clear and quick for the questions we had. If they weren’t already booked for our dates next year, we would 100% stay again!

Condo was perfect, just as advertised. Very clean, nicely decorated and had everything needed for our vacation. Host was very responsive in communication. The beach service was an added plus! Definitely will book again.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this condo again! The location was fantastic and close to just about everything, including Walmart, Pier Park, restaurants, and shopping. It made getting out and enjoying the area so convenient.The condo itself was incredibly spacious, had pretty much everything we needed, and the view was beautiful! We especially loved the balcony. There was plenty of seating, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.Another huge plus was how well the condo cooled! We appreciated being able to adjust the temperature to our liking without restrictions. The fitness center was also a pleasant surprise. It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and great to use during our stay.The master suite was very nice and comfortable. If I had to mention one small downside, the guest bedroom mattress wasn’t quite as comfortable, but it certainly wouldn’t keep us from returning.Overall, this was a great experience. The condo was exactly as represented, had everything we needed, and offered a wonderful combination of comfort, space, views, and convenience. We’d happily stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay , the 23rd floor was a great view.Everything listed on the site was as stated , the rooms were large and handled all our needs .This 3 bed room condo has everything you need , beach chairs and umbrella service provided would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful. The host is attentive and her response is fast. She does try her best to accommodate the needs. The unit was not as clean as it should be, but everyone has different standards of cleaning. When it was brought to the attention of the host not as a complaint but as for her to know she was very aggravated about the comment. The elevators have delays of even 20 minutes. There was an issue with the TVs and with the world cup going on was sad not to be able to see it in the room. Host explained that someone had lost the remote control and she did order a new one, but it was not there yet.

I'm glad you enjoyed our beautiful condo! Thank you for your comments about cleanliness, especially concerning the floors. I didn’t mean to come across as "aggravated" when I shared the photos of the freshly cleaned floors before your arrival. I simply wanted to show the high standards we strive to maintain. Other property owners have mentioned that dirt may be introduced into the units from the parking garage, as luggage carts are often transported directly from there into the units, which goes against building policy. The unit is equipped with four televisions, including a 65-inch smart TV in the living room, which is perfect for enjoying events like the World Cup. We acknowledge that the remote for one of the smaller TVs in the bedroom was missing when you arrived. Our cleaning crew informed us about the missing remote just before your check-in. We promptly ordered a replacement. Due to the busy season, it can be challenging to replace lost remotes immediately. However, after a recent technician's visit, we are happy to report that all TVs are now equipped with remotes. Your insights are valuable to us, and we appreciate your understanding as we strive to enhance the guest experience.

This condo was excellent! The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, pool and all the amenities. The condo had everything we would need and more! The host was accessible for any questions or concerns and extremely helpful! I couldn’t recommend this property more. We had a wonderful stay!
