Wow! We’ve been staying in Manzanita for 30 years and this house was one of the best. Rachel, the owner, was super responsive and the house didn’t have any unpleasant surprises, as you sometimes get when the pictures don’t match reality. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of seating in the living room. The location was perfect - walkable to the beach and downtown. This is definitely one to save as a favorite!

Great location for adults that don’t need to be in the tourist shop streets. I liked access to beach and State Park trails. This town has good restaurants like Wanda’s and Big Wave cafe. It feels like Manzanita has still not been discovered by crowds of Cannon Beach or Seaside. The house was comfortable and had a nice detached office with a futon. The primary bedroom is spacious and lovely. Our friends loved the golf course. The twin bedroom had a noisy furnace, but the kitchen was wonderful for meal preparation. Host was very kind and responsive.

Beautiful house with a near perfect location close enough to the downtown shops, but away from the crowds. The beach was just a short walk and was much quieter compared to the beach access near the main road. Beautiful dunes were picturesque.

What a gorgeous, compfy cozy house! They thought of everything! Kitchen and bathrooms, and laundry room were all well stocked with anything and everything you’d need. Main bed was comfortable. House was very clean and decorated so well. Plenty of games and things to keep you busy. We had a full rain day one day and fully enjoyed the house. The outdoor areas were thoughtfully designed with groups in mind, although it was just my husband and I and our grand-dog lol. Very pet friendly. Outdoor cushions and seating were very nice as well as the gas fire pit area. It was hard to tell from the map, but I do wish it was a tad closer to downtown and the beach, however we did make the walk a couple of times and it was a nice walk…about 15 minutes. I wasn’t aware it was off more of a main road rather than a side road, however it wasn’t busy at all and really not a problem. Being close to the state park was nice. I’ve stayed in A LOT of VRBO’s and this was def one of my faves! Communication with Rachael was top notch and check-in was seamless! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved this place so much! Very spacious, lots of big windows with great natural light. Lots of little places to sit and be cozy. Appreciated all the games and coloring books. Rooms were comfortable, including the beds. I used the little studio in the back to do yoga which was awesome. Nice fenced yard for the dogs. It is truly fenced but if you have a small dog or adventurous dog, there are a couple of small gaps where they could wiggle out or get under the deck. 2 blocks from the beach and right across the street from Nehalem Bay Stare park. Technically walkable to town (25 minute walk) but easy 4 minute drive. Can not say enough good things about this place. Would love to stay here again next time we are in Manzanita.

What a beautiful property! The house is beautifully updated and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed being close to the beach, downtown and the bike trails at nearby Nehalem Bay State Park. We would definitely come back for a longer stay.

This house was amazing. It was close to the state park and beach access. The house itself was clean and very well stocked. It had everything we needed for the weekend and more. The washer and dryer was a definite plus!

Beautiful house, tucked away in the woods! Lots of natural light inside and house was fully stocked with everything which we really appreciated. Great kitchen dining area made for great family meals.

great location, adorable town!

We loved our stay! The home was exactly what we needed. Short walk to the beach, short walk to town-- we enjoyed both thoroughly.
