Welcome to The Breakers Oceanfront Condominiums Unit 9 in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. This two bedroom two bath getaway was completely remodeled in 2020. Enjoy direct beach access and a newly paved community pool. Nearby there are many great local shops and restaurants. Local attractions include the Wright Brothers memorial, Nags Head Woods Nature Preserve, Nags Head Fishing Pier, Avalon Fishing, Jenette's Pier and Jockey's Ridge.

Ground Level: Parking lot, Community Swimming Pool, Steps to Large Dune Deck, and Beach Access.

Mid Level: 2 Bedrooms (Private Suite w/Queen, TV, Full Bath w/Tub/Shower Combo, 1 w/Queen), Full Hall Bath w/Tub/Shower Combo, and Covered Deck Overlooking Pool w/Deck Furniture.

Top Level: Living Area, TV, DVD, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining Area w/Seating for Six (6), and Sun Deck Overlooking Pool w/Deck Furniture and Ocean Views.

Features include: C/AC-Heat, On-Site Coin Operated Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, TV, Wireless Internet, and Deck Furniture.

No Pets Allowed. No Smoking Allowed.

Community Pool 2025 opening date is 5/24/25 and closing date is 1-2 weeks after Labor Day.

$69 Damage Waiver in sub-total is the premium for an accidental tenant damage insurance policy that covers up to $3000.

Optional Travel Insurance is available through property manager.

SIGNATURE OF PROPERTY MANAGER'S RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED

Payment Schedule: First payment is due upon signature of rental agreement. Final payment due 45 days prior to check-in.

Great location! This was our first trip to OBX. We appreciated being right next to the beach so we could easily walk out multiple times a day including at night (when we were watching the crabs :) ). Just to be very clear, I am used to "being on the beach" means you can see the water. This unit only has a peak-a-boo view from the deck. There is a large grassy dune right in front of the unit. This appears to be pretty common for the area but new to me. We enjoyed playing in the surf and exploring the area. The host was very responsive when we had a problem with the wi-fi. The unit had lots of space and was well stocked. The complex has a nice pool as well, but we did not have a chance to use it. There are 2 bedrooms and a comfy murphy bed in the living room that would make the unit comfortable for 6. There are stairs to get to the unit, up to the main floor where the living space is located and to get to the beach entrance, so this might not be the best choice if stairs are a challenge for you. We would stay here again on another visit.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Breakers 9. Very close to popular sites & restaurants. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach too!

Although, the weather was horrible for most of the time, our stay was incredible. Great location, easy access to everything and the restaurants were fantastic.

Relaxing beach stay

The property was well maintained, a great location and just a short walk to beach. It was also nice to have a pool in the complex. Owner was extremely responsive even before check in. Would definitely stay there again AND recommend to others

Nice condo in KDH

Condo is as described, close to the beach, restaurants and other activities. We had a couple of minor questions and the property manager promptly took care of them. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Everything was great. The unit was clean. The pool was nice. The mat on the path to the beach was nice. The owner was great and even dropping off beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. Our first day their we got to dolphins swimming as soon as we walked down the path to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.
