High-End OBX Oceanfront Condo - Corner 2 BR- Breathtaking!

Welcome to one of the nicest oceanfront condos on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Our corner unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath (walk-in & shower-tub), oceanfront unit located near the Wright Brothers National Memorial. It's also within walking distance to some of the island's best restaurants. If you want relaxation and comfort, the large private balcony offers the sound of the waves and an unobstructed view of the Atlantic.

Loaded with comforts and amenities, First Flight Retreat is not only the finest choice in condos, our unit is well appointed and has the best views on the beach.

Workout facility, pool, game room, and shaded corn hole area on premises. The pool typically opens Memorial Day weekend and closes mid-Oct. Starting July 2026, our building incorporated a glass-fenced sunset deck with views of the First Flight memorial monument and, of course, our colorful Outer Banks sunsets.

Dog friendly for a friendly dog. Pet Beach Time 6PM to 9AM from Memorial Day to Labor Day (Kill Devil Hills mandate); offseason 24x7 pups rule these quiet beaches. For anyone who's scrambled shoeless across the blazing sand in the summer, it makes sense.

Great location, instructions and communication was great. The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean which we really loved as we had a baby so spent more time indoors than we usually would have. Easy access to the beach and we loved the pool. The condo was spacious and had all the things we needed for our stay.

Wonderful condo complex right on the ocean in the middle of Kill Devil. Condo was large with all necessities. Brought our dog who loved it as well!

We absolutely loved this place. The location was perfect and view of the beach from the deck was fantastic. The condo was furnished with everything that you may need. The beds were comfortable. I also loved the fact that the security was very comforting that you had to put in a code to enter the stairs and the access to the beach. Finally, the decor of the condo made us feel very welcome. I so appreciated the notes throughout the condo on how to operate the TV, shower head, etc. I will most likely come back again.

Beautiful unit. Well furnished kitchen. Comfy beds and living room furniture. Plenty of sitting room in the living room and 6 seat table. Balcony filled with high end table set, chairs and loungers. Light switches all labeled, thank you!! Only recommendation is instruction( I never found any) for using the new washer dryer combo unit. Needed to add additional drying time but never figured out how to do that. Would stay here again.

Kill Devil Hills get-away. Condo was perfect for a few beach days, it was great we could bring the dog. Good location, nice beach, weather was a little iffy, but nothing could be done about that. I would stay again and highly recommend.

I've been enjoying the Outer Banks for thirty years. I truly believe that this is the nicest stretch of beach today and it's close to some of the best restaurants on OBX. If you like the outdoors, besides the great water activities head for Jockey's Ridge for sunset, take a walk through the woods at the Nature Conservancy at Nags Head Woods or go birding at Bodie Island Lighthouse. I hope that you find our place to be fresh, comfortable and as relaxing as we do.
