We were super lucky to find this beautiful apartment on the beach in Kill Devil Hills. We had the best week on the beach and enjoyed the beautiful sunrises overlooking the ocean from the deck.Plenty of room for a family of four. Nicely furnished, quiet building. We loved the proximity to the beach. We will be back! Thanks very much to Cindy and Dave….

The hosts were very helpful and super responsive if ever there were any issues. They gave us advice on what to do locally and where to look for the coolest sites. This was my first time in the area, and the host were very welcoming and informative. it was definitely a relaxing getaway. We hope to visit again soon.

Perfect ocean front view in a beautiful condo. The hosts were quick to respond to messages. Just a warning for those with mobility concerns, there are several flights of steps to reach the top floor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The home was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! There are many restaurants close by, and it is literally only steps to the beach!

Very Relaxing stay!

The codo was just as describe and it was super convenient when getting to the beach and getting to one of the MANY attractions in the area! The owners are very easy to communicate with and the check in/out process was very easy! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Oceanfront Penthouse Getaway!We absolutely loved our stay at this oceanfront penthouse and would happily book it again! The location couldn’t be better—you simply walk down the stairs, step across the dune, and you’re on the beach. Having a lifeguard on duty gave us extra peace of mind, and the crystal-clear pool was the perfect place to cool off after spending time in the sand.The condo was spotless, spacious, and exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The covered sundeck was our favorite spot, offering breathtaking, unmatched views of the Atlantic Ocean. Watching the gorgeous sunrise each morning while listening to the waves was unforgettable. We also loved being able to see the Wright Brothers Memorial from the front—a unique bonus that made the location even more special.A couple of things to know before you book: there are 52 steps leading up to the front door. It definitely gives you a workout, but the spectacular views and peaceful setting make every step worth it! The Wi-Fi is also a bit slow and weak, but honestly, we were on vacation to unplug, so it wasn’t an issue for us.If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped oceanfront retreat with incredible views and a truly relaxing atmosphere, this penthouse is an excellent choice. Five stars all the way!

My family loves this property! The view is amazing from everywhere it’s just beautiful! The condo is clean and updated. The kitchen has all the basics if you decide to eat in. The hosts are easy to communicate with and very fast at responding. This was our second year staying here and plan to come back.
