This was our first time vacationing at OBX and renting out a bungalow for a week. Communication with Greg was great. He responded to my texts quickly. His bungalow was clean and cozy. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend anyone to stay at this bungalow if they decide to visit the Outer Banks.

We absolutely loved staying at this adorable bungalow. It was great for my family of four including myself, my husband and my 2 and 11 year old. It was clean, cozy and had a nice open space in the living and kitchen area. The host was wonderful and we had no issues the entire stay. I highly recommend!

My friends and I absolutely loved the place! Everything was very comfortable and clean. The parking pass was so convenient as we found the walk over to be too hot and the parking lot for the pass always had spots available. The beach supplies were also very helpful for us and had everything we needed. We appreciated that we could used the beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella. The backyard also had a nice fire pit that we didn’t use, but definitely would’ve if we had more time! Greg was very helpful in his communication and with any questions I had during our stay. I would love to come back to the place if I visited the outer banks again!

Great Bungalow!

This is a great property for a small family! It was super clean and very well stocked. Close to lots of restaurants, bars and shopping as well as the beach! Highly recommend!

We loved this clean, decorative vacation home. It is homey, and has all the things you need.It is about a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive to beach/ pier. I look forward to staying there again for vacation

Very cozy stay!

We had a great time on our vacation. The property was super clean with an especially great shower. Greg, the property manager, was super easy to get a hold of when we needed him.

The cottage was very cute and comfortable. It was furnished and equipped with everything we needed. Greg, was a good host and was very responsive to questions we had during our stay. My friend and I enjoyed our visit there.

Besties Weekend Trip

We had a great time staying at Greg’s cottage. It was just the right size for the three of us. Nice and clean and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Close to the beach too!

Wonderful quiet spot

Perfect beach bungalow

This was the perfect beach house. It was the right size for my husband and me. It had all of the things one would need from linens to beach equipment. The host, Greg, was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Summer Vacation

This was our second vacation to the Outer Banks and the first time staying on the islands. This is the best way to experience the Banks. Anyone thinking of vacationing here needs to do the same.

Great stay!

Greg was always available and responsive to any questions we had! The beach parking pass was a game changer, great private lot right by the beach access. We really enjoyed our stay here and all the extras on property including umbrellas, chairs, toys, etc for the beach.

Stay with young kids

We stayed with our 5 and 2 year old and had such a good trip! Would definitely come back. Loved having the beach parking pass and washer/dryer!

We loved this place!

We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time. Response time was quick when i had questions & we had everything we needed. Great location. Beautiful little spot & property, flowers & all. Loved it!

Avalon

Loved that we were on the sound side, great bicycle trail and sunsets. We were but minutes from the beach which was another bonus.

I have owned this property since 2013 having fallen in love with it during a stay at OBX. I live in Virginia Beach, VA and visit OBX most weekends when I can.

Once you see or stay at this cute bungalow, you will fall in love with it and the location. Very easy access to the Ocean and the property comes with a parking past for the community lot oceanfront and the lot sound side giving access for kayak or SUP.

The home has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It also has a fold out sofa and a futon. The kitchen is well furnished with all the amenities one could want.
