Walk to A-Bay Beach, located within Waikoloa Beach Resort. Welcome to paradise in our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom second floor oasis overlooking the 1st hole at Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. The Waikoloa Fairway Complex is conveniently located within the Waikoloa Resort area. Waikoloa Resort offers some of the best weather on the planet and with in walking distance is the Queens MarketPlace that has luxury movie theater, food court, restaurants, shopping and lots more.
Also, within short walking distance is the Kings Marketplace with exceptional shopping and restaurants or walk across the street to relax on the squishy white sand, A-Bays beach. Just a short 10 minute drive north is the infamous Hapuna Beach & Mauna Kea Beach Resort.
Our Villa is located in the quiet and private "D" building, the third building on the right thru the entrance gate. Second floor entrance makes it ideal for all guests, walk to a large grassy area thats perfect for throwing the football, frisbee or walk a few yards further and in the late afternoon you can practice your putting and chipping on the 1st hole of the Waikoloa Beach course, or star gaze at night.
Our Villa sleeps 4 comfortably and we also have an inflatable air mattress just in case! The master suite features king size bed, flat screen tv, large walk in closet, soaking tub, toilet, and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed.
The living area is complemented with Hawaiian decor, large flatscreen tv, comfy couch makes vacation dreams a reality. The chefs kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to prepare your culinary meals. Eat & drink and create memories outside on the lanai or inside on the glass top dining room table.
We have lots of beach gear for your beach days, 2 umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, 4 beach towels, coolers, and miscellaneous snorkel gear. Our Villa also features a new AC system to keep you cool all year long, stackable washer and dryer, high speed wifi, spectrum cable, dvd player, smart tv, extra linens, hairdryer’s iron & ironing board and most important you can call the PB Broker Joseph Morris with Hawaii Signature Properties anytime if you have a problem, concern, issue during your stay. ( or if you need recommendation for golfing, hiking, restaurants

Wonderful place to stay. Conveniently located near King’s and Queen’s shopping centers. Also a short drive to Waikaloa village. Check in was easy and there were provided beach chairs and umbrella. Would recommend.

The condo was perfect for our stay. It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from a fully equipped kitchen to well-supplied bathrooms and plenty of beach gear. It was clear that the owners put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable and at home. The location and amenities made it easy to relax and enjoy our time on the Big Island. We would absolutely stay here again on our next vacation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

D-24 @ the Fairway Villas is in an excellent location @ Waikoloa Beach Resort. Walk to shopping, grocery, and resturants. This unit was clean with a very well stocked kitchen. It has beautiful sunrise views of golf course, Lava trail, Mauna Kea and Observatory. Walk to the beach and Lava Lava Beach Club. The beds and pillows are comfortable, there are plenty of towels and beach necessities. We had a relaxing vacation and would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and one of the area's best beaches. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This was our first time on the Big Island, and we were happy to find this condo fairly last minute. It was ideally located for where we wanted to be—close to shops and eateries and beaches. We did end up renting one, but we think you could get away with not having one if you wanted to stay in the area. We were with our 65-year-old mom/mom-in-law, so having the option of the elevator was nice, though we didn't end up using it much bc the unit is on the 2nd floor right off the stairs.The condo was very clean with the exception of the hairdryer in the primary which had a disgusting sticky substance all over it. There were plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and even a trolley to haul your stuff. The decor was okay. Not really my style, a bit traditional and way too many fake flowers, but hey that's just taste. The beds need mattress pads. The condo probably could use a refresh in a few years. It's looking a bit dated with the granite, low bathroom vanities, tile, etc. It was nice to have a balcony with a view of the golf course. Never went to the pool, but we did try to use the key to get in and it didn't seem to work. We didn't try the 2nd key though.Biggest problem was probably noise from upstairs. It's very easy to hear people walking around and we were either woken up in the morning or kept awake at night by it. That probably depends on the upstairs renters, though.Easy communication with owner. Overall, would recommend.
