Great Value, clean, well appointed, great open space patio, nice pool area, nice BBQ area, beds comfortable, great location, Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean, well stocked, comfortable furniture. AC was nice to have for sleeping. Great location to beaches, walking distance to shops.

Great Location! Hosts were very accommodating. Condo has everything you need and the perfect location to walk to the shops-resturants-beach. Clean and very comfortable. My third time in Kona and will be back again! The lanai is great to sit outside and have your coffee and watch the golfers. Beautiful place.

Awesome time in Hawaii!

Everything we needed and a great location! Loved the pool and hot tub. Shopping and restaurants are easy to walk to.

This was our third stay at this wonderful condo and this time our stay was sixteen days and we enjoyed every day. The condo is beautifully appointed and communication with the owners was excellent. We can’t wait to return!

Best Location

Great location, walking distance to everything we needed. Close drive to awesome beaches. The unit was a great size for our family of four. We loved every minute of our stay and cannot wait to come back!

This Fairways Villas second story of 3 condo lives up to its high review score. We stayed about 3 weeks and were very pleased with everything including the king size bed, bathrooms, kitchen facilities and overall cleanliness of condo and resort. Location to the best beaches on the island is perfect and not too long a drive up to VNP. Yup, we will be back.

Home away from home

It was as advertised and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We enjoyed the community pool and hot tub in the afternoons.

Perfect stay in Paradise

Exactly as picture and described on listing. Lovely stay at villa and we will definitely consider rebooking for future trips. Extra bonus was the well stocked some non-perishable food and seasoning items.

Wonderful stay!

This condo was perfect for our stay in the Waikoloa Beach area. Great location, nicely updated furnishings and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Plus the complex was quiet and very well maintained, which allowed for a very relaxing stay. And hosts Susan and Barry were super-responsive and very gracious in accommodating a last minute request. We highly recommend this property, and are absolutely hoping to stay here again in the future!

Fantastic Condo, Perfect Location

We loved how comfortable and spacious the condo was for our family of 4. The location was perfect - we could walk to a wonderful family friendly beach and a variety of restaurants. We really appreciated all the beach gear. Would book again 100% if we ever get back to the big island (I hope we do!)

Fantastic vacation

Wonderful condo, fully equipped - exactly as presented on listing. Owners are great to deal. Beautiful complex. Great location. Loved the pool and outlook over the golf course. Close to beach and amenities. We had a wonderful vacation.

Nice place to stay

Property was great. They had beach stuff for us to use and most everything was great. The only thing I'd say for improvement was no hot water for showers. However, we enjoyed our stay overall.

Glad you enjoyed your stay at at the condo. We checked and the hot water is on and works fine. We always take care of maintenance issues as soon as we are notified.

Great Value/Location

The unit matches the photos. Balcony has great golf course view. Walking distance to many shops and beach (A Bay). Very clean. Excellent stay!

The description is just as it says…. Very clean, well stocked, owners very easy to communicate with, and very flexible, the complex is beautiful and the location is perfect! We loved it so much we have already rebooked! Mahola!
