We loved the home and all of the comforts. The location and accommodations were perfect for our family gathering. The maintenance contractors were attentive and thorough! We would happily return to this beautiful abode!

This is our second time staying here. We love the location and that they provide towels and sheets. It’s a great place to hang out with family and friends. The natural light in the main areas is great for puzzles and the WiFi made it easy to catch up on some work while the kids were streaming things.

Comfortable home for family vacation. Kitchen is well appointed. Vacasa provided plenty of towels and paper essentials.

Perfect Stay

Beautiful house with updated appliances and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and plenty of space to spread out (we had four adults and two kids). Close to the beach too! Communication with vacasa was so easy. Thanks for a great vacation.

This was our second stay at this property, and we enjoyed it very much. The house is clean and very comfortable. We especially appreciate how close it is to the main street in Rehoboth and the boardwalk. We'll book again.

Beautiful home close to EVERYTHING

This beautiful, light-filled home with a spacious open-concept downstairs, beautiful updated bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms is the perfect setting for anyone staying in Rehoboth anytime. It's a two-block walk to restaurants and shops, and just a quarter-mile to the boardwalk. We had a wonderful time here!

Best house experience

We have been traveling to Rehoboth each October for 4 years and this was by far the cleanest, most comfortable house we have rented. A close walk to Rehoboth Avenue and the beach. Many special amenities and just such a pleasant place. Will try to rent again next year.

Great beach house!

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend in this beautiful beach house! The home is very clean, beautifully furnished, and provided with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is a short walk to the main street of Rehoboth and to the boardwalk and beach. The two off street parking spots are a great amenity. We are looking forward to booking another visit in the future!

Amazingly clean and comfortable!

My family and I stayed at this house for a week and absolutely loved our stay. Close to everything and was shocked at how clean the house was. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to enjoy the boardwalk and beach! Keep up the good work!

Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant location, the community was new and proximal to all of the places in Dewey and Rehoboth we intended to visit. Great house for young kids. Great layout and nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Walked to beach/funland/restaurants. Only criticism is that the carpet needs to either be deep cleaned and/or replaced.

Easy Vacation

This contemporary home is a wonderful place for a family vacation. It is open and airy, with comfortable beds, a lovely kitchen supplied with everything you need during your stay. And best of all it is close to the beach, to downtown, to Playland. You can walk everywhere and forget about your car. Weekend Getaway

It was the perfect house for our family of 7. The house sells itself. It is an easy 1block and a half walk to the boardwalk where there is fun for everyone. Or if you prefer walk two blocks to Rehoboth Avenue for the "downtown" attractions. There are restaurants to suit every taste and purse, shops for the shopper and not only there but in the outlet malls an easy drive away. I'm ready for my next Rehoboth getaway.

Very Kid Friendly House

Easy trip for the family, with plenty to do and house was close to everything. This is actually on the same street as Funland, so we were worried it might be noisy-but it was not at all. Cute backyard to hang out and play games and relax between trips to the beach and boardwalk. Comfortable bedrooms. Beautiful, comfortable, convenient

This was a perfect house for 2 families to share. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room for a comfortable visit - I was surprised at how large each room was. Location was very convenient to walk back and forth from the beach multiple times a day, and to take a quick walk for food/ice cream in town. Just Like Home!

The house have a great location, the inside is beautiful but it can use some deep cleaning. It’s also a very loud house so I think some noise reducer in each bedroom would be nice. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
