Enjoy real relaxation in this charming and comfortable oceanfront condo with simple and elegant decor, all within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Truly unique - come see it!



Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, a basketball court, a boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Great beach spot

The location is amazing, right on the beach and close to the Bethany boardwalk. The rental itself was very clean, but could use a few upgrades to the bathrooms and kitchen sink.

Perfect stay for a weekend. Only notes, conveyed to VACASA: blankets on bed need to be laundered - stinky no silverware - cooking ware good Other than those (2) items, loved the place and would book again.

Clean room, great view

The room was clean and ready to use immediately upon arrival and the view was one of the best I’ve had at any beach. Huge baloney windows made for amazing sunrises.

This was a great location. You can see the ocean without paying oceanfront prices. It could use a few updates, like a new kitchen sink, the TVs are small and outdated, and the chain for the door lock was missing, and someone put a hair tie as a fix. We loved playing tennis and being so close to the beach. I would come back here.

1st Time for Us

This was our first time in Bethany Beach and our 1st time renting someone elses Condo. We were extremely please with our choice. We also were very impressed with the way Sea Colony is ran. Every staff member we came across was extremely helpful and polite. We will definitely be back again next year.
