Welcome to Bay Watch, a coastal retreat in the heart of Morehead City, NC. Perfectly located within walking distance to downtown, this charming vacation rental places you just steps away from local dining, shopping, and waterfront views while still offering a peaceful and private escape.
This spacious three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Two of the three bedrooms feature king beds and private ensuite bathrooms, creating ideal accommodations for couples or families traveling together. The third bedroom offers space for additional guests.
The home boasts an open-concept living area on the second floor- perfect for gathering and relaxing. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Just off the main living space, you’ll find a convenient half bath.
Accessibility is a standout feature at Bay Watch, with an elevator that services all floors, making it easy for guests of all ages to move throughout the home.
Step outside and enjoy the coastal lifestyle with an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach or kayaking. Guests also have access to two kayaks, offering a fun way to explore the nearby waters.

2 King, and 1 Queen over Queen Bunk Bed

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.


PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee should be included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to make sure the pet fee(s) have been added.
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

-2 kayaks are for guest use
-No smoking
-Ice maker does not work
-About a 10 minute walk to downtown Morehead City
-Guests DO NOT have access to boat slips infront of property
