Very clean and beautiful new home. Easy access all ranch, one step up to front patio. Park directly in front of house. Everything you will need in kitchen & bath. TVs in living area and main bedroom. Great reclining couch and beds all new and high end. All high quality. Wrap around deck from front patio to around side to length of back of house. Nice outdoor table chairs on back and recliner on front patio. All appliances and bath new and high end. No problems at all. Still finishing the landscaping around the home but there is an unpaved road into the surrounding game lands. Paved road up to the house. Hosts were great and extremely helpful and available for any questions. Info provided on local restaurants. Tho you feel so far away, it is 4 miles from Confluence and Allegheny Trail and Yough River. Ohiopyle is 20 min from Confluence, To biking, hiking, rafting, etc. Yough Lake Marina and its facilities are out RT40 35 min. Bittersweet coffee shop is 35 min out Rt40 and very short turn off it. It is a unique place/open year round/summer flowers surrounding it are amazing! Cinder Shack is out Rt 40 to Farmington (45 min) for shoppers of gorgeous crafts & holiday items, antiques, jewelry, homemade jams etc. Follow on Facebook for sales & events & tastings. One of my absolute fave places—very nice people. The Countree Cupboard and Christmas Shop is 5 min from that on Rt40, Chalk Hill. Also Fuel Coffee Works & Maywood Grill (Pumpkin & Banana Breads).
