King Bedroom

Retreat to a beautifully appointed king bedroom designed for both comfort and charm. Natural light pours through multiple windows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere while room-darkening curtains allow for restful mornings and peaceful nights.

The luxurious king bed is dressed with plush pillows, a hypoallergenic down-alternative comforter, and premium sheets for an elevated sleep experience.The space blends thoughtful modern touches with timeless character, featuring an antique dresser, antique trunk, full-length mirror, and curated décor that adds warmth and personality throughout the room.

Please use caution when entering and exiting the tub, as surfaces may become slippery when wet. Fresh towels are provided, along with complimentary makeup remover wipes and black makeup towels for added comfort and convenience.

Guests will also find curated essentials including cotton balls, cotton swabs, dental floss, and other thoughtful touches to make packing a little lighter and your stay more comfortable. Every detail has been intentionally selected to blend timeless charm with modern-day practicality.

Exterior security cameras are in use. The home is best suited for adults. Due to the historic nature of the property, it is not childproofed and may not be suitable for infants or young children. Magnolia Cottage is located in DeLand’s historic Garden District, a neighborhood filled with character, mature trees, and charming historic homes. Many of the area’s historic properties are being thoughtfully restored, adding to the neighborhood’s appeal while preserving its unique sense of place. Downtown DeLand, Stetson University, restaurants, shops, and local attractions are all just minutes away. Florida Living: To help keep insects outside where they belong, please keep exterior doors closed after entering and exiting. While Magnolia Cottage is professionally maintained and cared for, an occasional tropical visitor can make its way indoors. You may even catch a glimpse of our two friendly gray neighborhood outdoor cats, Sterling and Slate, who are familiar faces around the block.
