This cute little house is even better in person. It was so comfortable and adorable. It has a great backyard with multiple sitting areas. We walked all over town from the house. It’s in a great location, close to everything…beach, restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend staying here and will stay again if I’m back in SB in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay. This place is in the perfect spot. Close to everything but not busy. The outdoor space was beautiful and the oranges, such a tasty treat.

My 3 daughters and I so enjoyed our stay! The location so walkable to restaurants and water front was a gift! The house was cosy, thoughtfully decorated and surrounded by flowering bushes and wonderful trees! The. fireplace was the topping to the cake! We will share this cottage find with others near and far! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! Our memory box is overflowing!

Wonderful place to stay in Santa Barbara!! Location so close to beach, shopping, dining, Funk Zone, and so much more! Not just location, but also great accommodations and back yard fantastic for hanging out. Would book again next time we are in Santa Barbara for sure.

This was our second time staying at the property for Thanksgiving. It had everything we needed to prepare a dish to take with us. Its comfortable, clean and the hosts are accommodating and responsive.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the lovely 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom cottage. The location can’t be beat as you’re close to everything that Santa Barbara has to offer. The full kitchen, lovely living/dining area, and backyard space were our favorite spots. Our daughter picked oranges, we walked up & down State St, walked to the wharf, walked to the beaches, walked to the playgrounds, and happened upon the Summer Solstice parade & festival! Truly an enjoyable stay with easy to use temperature controls & A/C. Nighttime movies, World Cup Games, and watching shows was easy on the smart TV with handy HDMI access. While this was a pricey stay for us, it was worth it due to the ease of access to everything Santa Barbara has to offer & the lovely appointed home. We’ll most likely be back at some point in the coming years

We had a wonderful stay. The property couldn't be more conveniently located, the backyard is beautiful and the host was very communicative and available as needed. We recommend it highly!
