The apartment features private, gated access from alleyway, with parking for 2 vehicles. Down the stairs, you’ll find a private entrance for you to come and go as you please.

We are less than 5 minutes to Ted Stevens and Lake Hood and 10 minutes to downtown. It’s a great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Property is very nice and convenient for our needs. Hosts were very accommodating and provided everything we needed. We plan to book with them again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and a lot nicer than we expected. The only thing is if you have trouble with stairs be aware getting down to the basement level is a little tricky. I'm guessing we were among the first visitors here because they had no check out procedure, and we never could find a place to take the trash out to. Would definitely recommend

Cute apartment in the basement of a home. Comfortable. Fairly clean. Fenced in backyard added to the feeling of security. Host was responsive. Stairs down to the apartment are quite steep and cement. Railing was present and helpful.

Super clean and tidy. Spotless. The host is getting it up and running (the property) and they are going a good job. Anchorage is a good "staging" city for your Alaska adventure. It is a basement property, which is fine. You'll be outside anyway. For the price and convenience to the airport and such, it will be hard to beat. Highly recommended.

Modern newly updated apartment. It's really quite lovely with nice flow. Beautiful kitchen. It was much quieter than I anticipated. In fact it is very peaceful. You can hear pets and people upstairs a bit, but not bothersome at all. The bed is very comfortable with nice pillows. I would definitely stay again as I am in Anchorage several times a year. Close to everything I needed including airport. Fantastic hosts! Only note I have is if you have large or bulky luggage, the stairs are a bit steep. Just use caution.

The hosts were great and the prooerty is eell maintained! The property location was perfect for our needs and near airport. The location was within close proximity of numerous retail establishments. The apartment is spacious, quiet, comfortable, and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and have booked a return stay. We plan to book here for future needs if available.
