The most Hawaiian themed place we’ve ever stayed at! The condo is in great condition and well maintained, full of aloha, and stocked with everything you need for a fun stay on the island.

Great location

Great location, close to beach, shopping and restaurants in the heart of Kona. Great for families, very clean and well maintained, would definitely stay here again.

Great location to town

We loved the ease of being able to walk to town within a few minutes, the place could use a bit of upgrades but all and all it was comfortable and well stocked.

Pros: central location, clean property, good host and helpful customer service , designated parking Cons: no elevator (the listing makes it clear, we were ok) , building shows signs of aging, AC in main bedroom works but seems old compared to the living roomOverall a good choice and a clean property . We never used the pool or other amenities as there is a lot to do outside in the island. Customer service is excellent .

Great location , great island themed art . AV worked great once we figured it out. Only tough part was climbing 3 flights of stairs for access. Great lanai.

Perfect location!

Great location in Kona town. You can walk to everything and avoid all the new parking fees. The condo is beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen is well supplied and a beautiful ocean view from the lanai. It was great!

Good location in walking distance to the main drag by the water. Interior was nice. Place runs pretty hot despite AC. Its in an ok apartment complex, but overall enjoyable stay

Perfect accomodations for our trip!

I came to race in the Ironman World Championship and stayed here with my wife and my coach. The place was clean and more spacious and cool than it appears in the photos. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds were comfy and the washer and dryer came in handy. The location was perfect.

Perfect Kona Condo

Clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We could walk to restaurants and shops. Very easy. We would return!

Condo was clean, location is great! Beds were comfortable, nice view of both ocean and mountains from the balcony. Plenty of towels, supplies, and everything - felt like we stepped right into a fully functional home. Only wish we knew from the get go that beach chairs and boogie board were available - consider putting that in the welcome message. Towel rack in the main floor bathroom is missing a screw, needs maintenance.

Location, location, location!

I loved the location. It was 2-3 blocks from the main boardwalk shops, ocean, flea market and eateries. The condo was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The air conditioning and kitchen were great to have when coming in from the usually humid and hot climate.

Great Location

Walking distance to all Allii restaurants. Not sure about the upstairs loft as it was quite hot up there. I think this a great rental for a couple.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We could not gain access to the condo. After 2 hours we were able to get help and got code for key lock. The combo for electronic lock was not working. The next day they found that it was not functional.
