Very close to dining, swimming and all water sports. Great view of the ocean and sunsets. Easy access and parking. All facilities for cooking and barbecue if you want to do your own. Shopping and many restaurants close by.

Great location, 5 minutes south of downtown Kona. Lovely well kept complex on the coast. Great landscaping, nice people, plus a coffee shop on property.The condo is beautifully decorated and very welcoming and cozy. It was rated a 10 by other guests, and my sister and I definitely agree! Airy open design, modern kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen, dining and living rooms, Lanai and full length slider facing the ocean. Great view of Kona, outriggers, sailboats and sunsets. No road noise. Ground floor unit with easy access and close parking. Holly, the host was just a text away! And she was very helpful and kind.

Received timely and detailed information from the host. The property was as expected based upon the listing, no surprises. The property is very comfortable with a great location in Kona. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely would recommend.

Very nice property, great location- loved walking to Kona, close to everything. Kitchen is well equipped, saw whales, dolphins, swimmers, canoes every day! Great pool/ barbecue area

Wonderful Property

Property is truly a home away from home! Close by beaches and markets and a short drive/bike to downtown Kona. Very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The condo was well stocked with essentials like towels, beach towels, some beach chairs and equipment , etc. The location is close to everything in Kona. It was great to have a washer/dryer….less packing!! The communication with the Host was excellent. The sunsets from the lanai were stunning. The pool area is close to condo. Even though fully stocked for cooking, we just did breakfast and some lunches. Dinners were out because we were on vacation!! Parking was directly in front of condo. My husband uses a wheelchair so being on the ground floor was essential because there are no elevators for other floors.

Relaxing stay with everything you could need!

We stayed for a week and found the condo to have everything we could need - the kitchen was very well stocked (including a blender, much appreciated!), the beds were comfortable, there were many towels, etc. Everything was very clean and the view was gorgeous - we enjoyed watching both sunrises and sunsets from the lanai. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved the stay

The location is great, the view from the lanai terrific and on-site pool was very nice. The host was easy to work with and responsive. The kitchen was well-appointed and included many staples that made eating in easy to do. We loved it!

Girls Week Kona

This is the second time I have stayed in this condo. Holly is amazing, the condo is amazing, and I would definitely recommend staying here. I am already planning my trip for next year and plan to book here again for my stay.

Perfect in every way!!

What a fantastic property. Right on the ocean and walking distance to downtown Kona. The condo was fully stocked and plenty of room for two couples. Holly was the perfect host! Will definitely stay here again.
