Our family had a wonderful time at the Greystone! Accommodations were superb, service and house management provided by Sharell was top notch. She had everything ready for us and was extremely accommodating at our most unorganized times. We loved every part of our trip and staying at the Greystone!

We came with a group of friends for my 40th birthday and had the most fun. Great location, great pool and great beach front property. Highly recommended.

Excellent property with plenty of living and sleeping space. Only issue we had was hot tub was out of service due to failed component and no grill while we were there as they had to order a meq one which was not arriving until after we left. House manager was wonderful to deal with. Beachfront was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful vacation spot with a beautiful view! The home was well stocked & roomy enough for our large group. The host was very responsive, and the concierge was helpful & attentive. We enjoyed their recommendations for the chef, excursions, and rentals. The pool was enjoyed by all.

Beautiful Bahamas

We were greeted after landing by Sharell the housekeeper and she led us to the beautiful home and was always available for any questions Beautiful beautiful beaches and home!

Greystone Villa is amazing

Our stay at Greystone Villa was magical. The house has everything you need. The views are so beautiful. The beach right at the bottom of your stairs is one of the most beautiful waters we have ever been in. We highly recommend staying here!

Stunning views, warm ocean breezes, beach and pool awesome, Judy and team so hospitable!

Loved our time at Greystone, we've had multiple trips to Exuma and this one did not disappoint. The house is beautiful with all the amenities needed for a great stay! We'll be back, thanks Dean and Andrea for sharing this magical place with us! Mark & Debbie, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Always the best time and best house on the island!!!

Third trip...love the house, Judy the property manager, the most amazing beach. Everything is clean and new with all the amenities. Great pool and love the new hot tub. Will be back soon!

Great Experience at Beachwood

Beautiful home. Pool, beach and views were spectacular. We loved kayaking to the nearby islands. Boat trip exploring the sandbars, swimming with turtles, feeding stingrays was the highlight. Perfect place for families or friends looking to get away and relax. The owner Dean was great to work with.

Simply the Best

We have been many times and stayed many places and this is simply the best place in the island. Private beach, peaceful pool deck and hot tub and the most gorgeous home with everything you need ! We will be back for sure as soon as we can!

The property was amazing!

Highly recommend staying here! The house was beautiful inside and out. Amazing pool and view of the ocean. The furnishings were very nice, and the beds very comfortable. We had one of the best vacations in our life. The colour of the water will change your life!

Amazing stay

Exuma was amazing! The house is perfect! Our extended family of 10 enjoyed the beautiful beach, fun pool, and took full advantage of the kitchen and grill. Judy and her friends and family were so kind, helpful and fun! Island hopping by boat with Theo is a must! We loved every minute of our week in paradise!

Doesn't get much better then this!!!!

If there is a nicer place on the island I haven't seen it! If there is a nicer island in the world I would be shocked. This place is unreal!!! Loved everything!

Love, love, love Greystone Exuma!!!

This is our third year visiting Little Exuma and renting from Dean and we are always more than pleased with both! The house is gorgeous, clean, and well kept. The staff is great and very helpful! Everything about the house and the island is spectacular! It's our favorite vacation destination! We hope to continue to visit the island for many years to come!

Beautiful house with incredible views and amazing beach

We had an amazing vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, with a huge amount of space. The owner was great to deal with and Judy, the local property manager, took care of everything we could possibly want from restaurants to best places to explore. The beach was absolute paradise. Weather was great and I can’t wait to return. Thanks so much for a such a great experience.
