Enjoy Ocean Views from this 7th floor 1 bed 1 bath condo located on the South Side of the building. This unit has been renovated with new flooring, an open kitchen and updated bathroom. This unit offers a King bed a Full sleeper sofa and a regular coffee maker.
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Renters must supply their own paper products.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

Excellent

We thoroughly enjoyed this unit last year and returned this year and got the same results! The unit is lovely and well equipped. We love the balcony. Initially was not sure if I would like being up so high, but it is delightful.

Nice place to stay

Nice view of the ocean. It's also right on the board walk. You can hear the waves. I am somewhat mobility challenged, so a walk-in shower would have good. The sofa bed was uncomfortable as a sofa.

We like One Va Ave

We had a very enjoyable week. Weather was great. We like One VA Ave and our unit. One concern that we had was that sleeping in the bed was difficult. The mattresses are very uneven making it hard to get a good night's sleep. We will come back as we have since the mid-1980s.

Very Good

Our unit was beautiful and quite comfortable. The only issue I had was the king bed was extremely uncomfortable. I would recommend a foam mattress topper to make it more comfortable. It would also be great to have some area rugs, the floors are beautiful, but can get cold. Otherwise, everything was great.

Good

Lovely place. It was especially nice since our original lease was breached for renting 307. We had to downsize to a 1 bedroom due to late notice availability. The 710 owners offered a warm and equipped place to enjoy the beach. It was concerning that the elevators may or not work at different times. My daughter and I were waking outside of the entrance and a railing that was being dismantled fell abruptly missing us by a few feet when it came free falling below. The vendor didn't tie down the railings during the process resulting in a near miss and possible serious injury or fatality, The maintenance person of one Virginia saw the railing on the ground right after it happened. Overall, one virginia avenue is clean and a wonderful place to stay.

Relaxing Vacation

Absolutely LOVED this condo! We have been coming to Rehoboth for the past 6 years and love the location of 1 Virginia Ave. This was the first year we stayed in #710 and plan on returning next year! The accommodations are very comfortable! We don't like having to go out to eat every day and the kitchen has all the basics needed for cooking in. And the location is perfect!
