The Space:

Gather the whole crew at High Country Pool House, a sprawling 10-bedroom Black Hills estate just two miles from Deadwood off Boulder Canyon (Hwy 14A) between Sturgis and Deadwood. The showstopper is a private indoor heated pool in a 2,400-square-foot building (14'x34', with an automatic safety cover), plus an attached pool-house king suite with full bath, laundry, and patio.



Entertainment runs deep with a home theater, pool table, foosball, two Weber grills, big-screen smart TVs, and outdoor horseshoes, tetherball, cornhole, and a sledding hill across six-plus acres of grass. A private hot tub, generous king suites, and abundant parking make it the ultimate large-group and reunion basecamp, with the Sturgis Rally, Deadwood, and Mount Rushmore all close by.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was everything we needed. Big enough for all of us to enjoy time together. The kids thought it was magical. Thank you, highly recommend the “ pool house”.

Great vacation home

This place was great! Plenty of room for 21 of us, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the staff addressed our minor concerns quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

Family Get Away

Our family had a great time here. Plenty of space for lots of kids and adults. Super close to Deadwood, but with all of the amenities and entertainment at the house there was no need to leave!

Great rental!

This house was perfect for our family. We had nineteen people that stayed and there was so much to do for everyone. The ten bedrooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The indoor pool was such a fun time for our grandkids. We loved the outdoor patio and spent mornings out there visiting with our coffee enjoying the beauty of the Black Hills. Great vacation home!

We loved the space, pool and hot tubs, ample freezer/refrigerators,,well stocked kitchen, several washer/dryers - patio and outside grounds - just about everything. Great place for a large number of people to relax and have fun.

The house fit our needs so well with plenty of bedrooms and baths to accommodate our party of 8 adults and 7 kids. The pool house was so fun!! The outdoor patio was beautiful for morning coffee! Everything just suited us all so well! We did a family movie night in the theater the last night there…so many core memories made for us, our kids and grandchildren!

Perfect family vacation !

This house had so many options in bedroom/sleeping arrangements so accommodated all of our family needs! The kids had so much fun with the pool and hot tubs! Definitely was a key feature for us! There were plenty of towels and linens in all of the bathrooms, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked!! Two laundry sets also was very convenient!! We had a very memorable family vacation as a family of 15!!

Everything you want and more

This place has everything you need to keep a family of 24 entertained from ages 5 through 74 and Deadwood and the surrounding area had enough to entertain for a couple hours without a lot of expense. The outside of this home has gorgeous patio with so many options of chairs and seating to keep everyone close.

Great place to host big group that isnt family

We take 24 military connected students to Deadwood for a mental health retreat and this place allowed our students a large enough space to stay and feel comfortable. staying somewhere with family its ok to be in tight quarters, but here, they had space to sleep, lounge and have activities. AMAZING place. We have booked two years in a row and are hoping for a 3rd!

Beautiful home

Gorgeous home in a perfect location. The kiddos loved the swimming pool and all of the activities! The home has a fantastic floor plan. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub with a stunning view after a very busy day. The PERFECT home to rest and relax in after our many activities throughout the week!

Wonderful Family Reunion Retreat!

We have rented homes all across the US, and have never had a home so stocked with everyday supplies as this one. We were very appreciative! This house was definitely set up for a crowd, with attention to detail unmatched in any other home we have stayed in. This was a wonderful "home base" from which to enjoy the Hills!

Magnificent

Beautiful property, so much room, lots of activities available… they thought of everything! Recommend this place to families getting together for vacation, reunions, or just a group of friends for a weekend! So well thought out. Sixteen of us and there was plenty of room to hang out together or enough private space that you could chill out alone if you wanted to. Would definitely do a family vacation here again!!!

House was Amazing

Stayed with 20 Family member everyone enjoyed the Well Stocked kitchen with Quality supplies, had everything you need to cook, Theater Room was great, Kids used Pool and hot tubs everyday, everyone had plenty of room. Views all around the Home are Amazing with Deer Strolling around the grounds...What a great Time...

Great place!

We have gone on several family vacations and have 19 people (kids and grandkids) in our family. This house is superb with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The indoor pool and two hot tubs are incredible and the outdoor patio in the back of the house was ideal for morning coffee and all day fun. The kids had so much to do and played pac man, pool, foosball, basketball, ping pong, and tether ball. The communication with Vacasa was excellent. Thank you for the memories!
