We had a great time and this is a beautiful moment! Everything was wonderful and they had everything we ever could have needed. Great hosts and very responsive as well.

Exactly as we anticipated our stay, had a great time with family in this wonderful property. Everything we needed and then some with the community amenities. Perfectly located in-between all of the activities we wanted to do. Hopefully we'll be back soon!

Excellent stay. Loved the clubhouse pools and we sure used the hot tub at the house. Kids love sleeping in the bunk room and the arcade game. Lots of parking space was great. Could have used a few more pool towels but not a big deal. With two sets of laundry facilities, it was easy to get laundry done, as we were 22 people. Overall it was a great stay and a great house. Definitely reccomend

We enjoyed our visits and rooms were comfortable although one of the bedrooms did not have a closet or any where to put personal items from suitcase. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses and dishes but needed prep bowls and storage containers. It was unusually hot for South Dakota during our visit so the AC struggled to keep the house cool. Each room however did have a fan that cooled effectively.

Something for everyone

Beautiful, great floor plan for large group. Very convenient for ruding trails and access to grocery store, restaurants, touristing!

Ski and hang out

Hockey families gathered for a fun weekend of skiing. Our friend won 11k at the penny slots and we enjoyed dinners in and Jacob’s Brew

Wonderful

Check in was smooth. Russ responded to a locked garage promptly. The house was clean with plenty of towels. The kitchen was well supplied with the essentials. Hot tub was clean and worked well. The kids enjoyed the basement games. It was very spacious for our family. We loved the location, and easy assess to trails, and restaurants in Lead and Deadwood.

Minnesota/Wisconsin friends side by side get together

Good location for our friends to get together to ride the beautiful trails in the Black Hills on side-by-sides…This place had everything you could want and the space for parking 4 trucks with trailers couldnt worked out better. The space in the house is amazing! Great location!

Week long buggy trip

We had a great stay at this house. Very nice and spacious. We had five trucks and trailers and there was plenty of room to park with 7 buggies unloaded while we were there. Great location and nice neighborhood. This house had everything we needed and more. Wi-Fi and cell service is not great but on vacation who needs it. Highly recommended if your staying in the area.

Great reunion in South Dakota

The nine of us loved this property! The property owners were very responsive to our questions. For our purposes, the property was close to the attractions that interested us. We are friends that have known each other for over 50 years and had a blast! The owners' recommendations for places to eat in Deadwood were very helpful. We highly recommend this spacious and well appointed home for a base to explore the Black Hills of South Dakota.

Family Reunion 2025

This was the first time in 30 years that we were able to have our entire family together for a reunion. Although my wife passed away suddenly before the date it was an excellent opportunity for our family to celebrate the life of a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. It was a time for memories and reflection on the life of this beautiful person. The setting and accommodations were perfect for this. The wild daises were blooming and the weather was perfect. We also had a photographer take a lot of family pictures. Many memories were created here at this wonderful location. Hoping to make this an annual event for the family.

6 State Leaders Summit

There was plenty of room, though the 6 in the loft sharing a bathroom had the only congestion. Beautiful home with lots of seating! We are all adults, and there were plenty of rooms for the couples as well as the single gals. Lots of space for several cars. Didn't have time to use the hot tub. I could have used a chair to sit on in the bunk room putting on shoes, but it worked well.
