Overall, we had a good stay. The property was generally clean and everything looked good.However, the kitchen could be better equipped. There were not enough utensils and basic supplies for cooking, eating, and drinking, which made preparing meals difficult.Basic essentials such as laundry detergent, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner were also not provided. Additionally, we noticed quite a few bugs in the basement, which was uncomfortable and should be addressed.Overall, it is a nice property, but providing more basic household supplies and addressing the bug issue in the basement would significantly improve the guest experience.

We stayed here for a weekend trip with our Senior Class. It was spacious enough for all of them, as well as the other sponsors and myself. I was worried being right next to a main road would be loud, but you didn't hear it at all. At one point during our trip the door code was no longer available in my messages, but a quick call to their help desk got us a code to use and all was well. I would stay at this property again, or any other property manager by Vacasa.

Our family traveled to Colorado Springs for a wedding and found this home served our needs. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of space and the configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of comfortable seating inside (including the basement family room) and a patio with a working propane fireplace/pit. Having laundry services was critical since we flew in from the east coast and had to pack as light as possible. We had enough driveway space for 3 vehicles (1 of which was a 7-passenger SUV). We could look out the front window and had beautiful Mountain View’s.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided made me feel right at home.

There was a lot of communication before our check-in, which is good. However, when i was receiving text/email from several different sources it makes it more confusing to remember the details or which ones i need to pay attention too and which one are just more advertisements.

Very Clean & Comfortable

My family of 7 really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to find with reasonably convenient access to many local attractions. The property is well-kept and everything was neat and clean. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a house big enough to accommodate a large family.

Wonderful view and centrally located

The home would be great for a family reunion. Plenty of room. Although there was just two of us we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and inviting. The view from the front window was spectacular.

Bridal Party

We had our whole bridal party stay with us, guys downstairs and girls upstairs and it worked really well. We appreciated the magic treehouse books as we all read them as kids.

Nice house. Plenty of room for a large family.

The home is spacious and comfortable. We had some problems with bedding not being clean and with the neighbors being confrontational and aggressive. The rental company did attempt to make this right.

Clean & Nice but...

Property was in a nice neighborhood and very clean. Had issues with A/C because directions for unit were incorrect and we ended up with no A/C for over 24 hours and zero compensation like 1 free night we requested. The back yard butts up against a very busy thoroughfare so windows can't be open if you want to sleep. Otherwise it was a decent stay.

clean snd comfortable

The house was very clean and presented as shown in pictures. All of the kitchen appliances worked well and there are lots of cupboards and counter space. Downstairs is very spacious and great for groups or larger families. Food and beverages however are not allowed downstairs. If you are traveling with young ones, be sure to bring a gate as the stairs which are located in the main room are open. The house does back up to a busy street and the noise may be troublesome. We were there in the winter so we did not take advantage if the nice yard or open any windows. The house was very quiet and with temps in the low teens, stayed nice and cozy. Our dogs loved the terraced yard and with artificial turf, they did not bring in muddy paws even with the melting snow. My only con is the bedrooms. All mattressess have a plastic covering that crackles at night when you move in your sleep. As shown in the pictures, the master bedroom doesn't have any nightstands or dresser. The bed has cubby holes in the headboard and drawers under the mattress, but all are hard to get to. No place to set a suitcase other than the floor. None of the rooms have bedside lamps (see pictures), so if you like to read at night without disturbing your partner ... Still, we recommend this house and would stay again.

Easy access, quiet area. The house is what you see and clean! Little bathroom accommodations are always a plus and they did it! What a great place for a large group! Thank goodness for air conditioning too!

By the basement windows in the backyard, there are large (4 foot?) holes that I imagine provide emergency escapes from the downstairs bedrooms. One didnt have a cover at all while the other's was broken, resulting in large holes a small child or pet could be injured if they fall into the space.The pots and pans are in terrible shape with lots of coatings coming off - not particularly safe to cook with. A bathroom door was falling off the hinges too, with multiple screws missing. The house is pretty big with lots of space and places to sleep! While the mattress covers bothered some of our family, the beds were clean and the surprise of two twins on adjustable bases was a huge help for the family member who was recovering from surgery!
