My sister and her family stayed there in my stead as I was not able to go. they loved it. She was a little confused as to which building it was at first. Lovely home. She enjoyed the quiet. The beautiful stained glass window in the living room was something she referenced and sent me a photo of.

Thank you very much for leaving us the small packets of shampoo and conditioner! Because each of us flew to Colorado Springs with only carry-on luggage, none of us brought our own. I left a new night light for your bathroom. It's nice to have a little light in that room, just in case someone needs to use it while navigating an unfamiliar house in the dark in the middle of the night. Getting into and out of the large bathtub with wet feet was scary, though. I don't recommend your multi-story home for anyone with poor balance or poor vision. Or drunk people. :) Fortunately, none of those traits applied to us during our stay.

Here’s a polished VRBO review you could post:5 StarsWe had a wonderful stay at this home in Colorado Springs while visiting our son, who is stationed at Fort Carson. The house was beautiful, very clean, and located in a quiet, nice neighborhood. It offered easy access to the city and was conveniently close to restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities.Everything was comfortable and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax and spend time together as a family. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and would definitely recommend this property to others visiting the area. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Such a charming, beautifully restored home! It was a great, centralized location that was a perfect spot for our plans. We felt very safe, comfortable in the house and the surrounding neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again & would recommend it to othes to, too!

The ribs are very clean, but they were very difficult to get around and with all the different levels of stairways the beds were very creaky, which made a lot of noise while trying to sleep. It was very cute and it was a great stay there.

Brilliant hosts. Lovely house with all amenities. Close to shops and access to highway. Used it as a base to explore the area and nice to come back home to a spacious house, cozy patio and comfortable beds. Sad to leave.

Adorable Adobe Bungalow

I stayed for over two weeks! Fully equipped kitchen, lovely outdoor space & quiet area close to everything! Christy was great with any needs or questions I had & communicated quickly! Loved the property!

Great location!

We did enjoy everything but there were things that needs attention like dusty windows and the couch need deep cleaning or replacement due to big stains on it. Overall we did enjoy or stay and looking forward to book this place again in the future.

Great place to stay

Really enjoyed our time here. Beautiful bungalow. A few chairs need a repair but they work fine. Be careful if you’re over 6 foot tall as you’ll have to duck to go through some of the doors. Also the parking is great but tight if you have a large vehicle.

A perfect home for our entire family! Everyone had their own bedroom, and we were able to eat several meals together (the kitchen had everything we needed). It was only minutes away from the Broadmoor World Arena - where UCCS graduation was held! We will book this home again!!
