Great Family neighborhood, close to park, clean and comfortable. Shopping and movie theaters are a quick 10 minute drive. Grocery store is 5 minutes away. Switchbacks fc Soccer stadium (Weidner Field), 5 minutes away. The Air Force Academy is 20 minutes away, and Peterson AFB is 15. Garden of the Gods scenic tourist attraction is about 25 to 30 minutes away. Access to 3 car garage. Security Cameras on premises (outside). This property comfortably fits 5 adults and 2 children.

Shari was an awesome host with great communication. Property was outstanding and nicely furnished with everything you need you for your stay. You can not go wrong with choosing this home!

Nice for a quick trip

Quick responses from the hosts and let us check in early which was appreciated. The house was in a great location and was very clean. In a quiet neighborhood close to plenty of dining and shopping. Mattresses were ok -single beds were quite uncomfortable. Overall a great stay and we’d highly recommend.

Nice home and host ❤️

The home was nice and big, just as described. 5 adults stayed the weekend and there was plenty of room. The host was very helpful and responded to messages right away. If I’m Colorado Springs again I would definitely consider this home.

Loved it

This place was very spacious and accommodating for us. I swear you could fit 10 ppl if a couple don’t mind the couch which looked comfy enuff☘️ the owners were right on top of any issue we had(like locking ourselves out at midnight😳) and the price was right!

Great Property, Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was clean and well stocked for our needs. It gave us plenty of space after each day of exploring the area. We were there in July during a particularly hot week, and the master bedroom did get warm. We did figure out if you place a fan in the hallway outside the master bedroom door that it would force more air in there which helped a lot. And the master bathroom shower is a touch on the small side as well. None of those things would discourage me from rebooking though. It was a very nice property.

The house was really nice. The only thing I disliked was how everything was so far away from the house. Restaurants, gas, or shopping etc.

Love this house!

The house was awesome. Plenty of room for 5 adults. We had everything we could possibly need. When there was an issue, our call was answered and the issue was solved immediately. I would highly recommend staying here for any size family. Beautiful neighborhood and so close to anything you need.

There is still and always has been wonderful hiking, which is one of our favorite past times. We enjoy sharing our home with others and have plenty of suggestions on things today in and around the area if requested by our guests. We also provide pamphlets about area attractions in our VRBO.
