Charming house close to Downtown, Broadmore, I25, and major city routes. Corporate housing opportunity available. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, with very low traffic. Conveniently located only half a mile from a supermarket shopping center. Ft. Carson is a 10 minute drive away. The World Arena (multi-purpose arena and entertainment venue) is a mile away. In the same area, you will find a Movie Theater, and a host of restaurants and shops. Less than 10 min drive to downtown.

Lounge by the fireplace, kick your feet up and immerse your imagination on the fully equipped entertainment center. With Roku television and free secured wifi access, you'll never run out of entertainment options! Have a dinner night at home in a fully equipped kitchen including gas grill. It was (is) a wonderful house with AMAZING views of the mountains, great location and in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Colorado Springs!

Really enjoyed our stay. House is very convenient to grocery, gas and restaurants.Location is within 15-20 minutes of Pikes Peak Cog Railway, garden of gods, and red rock canyon area.Kitchen was spotless when we arrived and we enjoyed the convenience of making our breakfasts.

Place was clean and spacious. Some outer building maintenance would help improve furst look, but it suited our purposes very well. Market less than 2 min. Tourist areas very close by with easy road access. View of Cheyenne Mountain and Pikes Peak a great vista and could see from dining area. Plenty of bathrooms and living room space comfortable along with beds. Would recommend.

The house is beautiful; it’s a great neighborhood close to the Broadmoor World Arena and dining. Wei, our host, replied to texts straight away, and was very accommodating. We would stay here again.

Our view of the mountains was beautiful. The price was reasonable. The screen door needs to be replaced. The kitchen and other rooms in the house are outdated and a little run down. The bathrooms are pretty nice. Overall it was a good deal for the price. Pretty close to lots of attractions and shopping.

Great stay! Home was clean and offered the typical amenities. Did not cook, but kitchen seemed well stocked. Great seating in the family room for movie nights. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

The view from the big picture window in the living room was stunning! Seeing the sunrise on the mountains Christmas morning was definitely a “wow”moment!Our host was also quite helpful and kind.

Great stay

The location was perfect within 15 to 20 minutes of everything the stores close by if we ever head back out to Colorado springs I would definitely rent this place again

The location was perfect with a majestic view! We started each morning on the patio with our coffee, in awe of the mountains, then headed to different destinations - each one just a short drive away. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of five. Could not be happier with the space and the host. Will absolutely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Colorado Springs. We miss it already!!!

My wife and I currently live in Colorado Springs, and enjoy every minute of it! In the summer, you will find us boon-dock camping, rafting, tubing, fishing, and hiking.
