With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, two shared pools, two hot tubs, and a lazy river, there's plenty of fun available for you and family and friends to enjoy! Not to mention, this gorgeous condo offers a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean! Take in all of the beauty right from the personal balcony as you sip an evening cocktail or glass of wine! This condo features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances ready for the chef of the group to show off their skills. The flatscreen TV's in the living room and bedrooms are perfect for movie nights with family and friends! In addition to all these wonderful amenities, enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub as well as fitness center two floors below!

Overall, the stay at the condo was wonderful! The view and accommodations were exactly as pictured on VRBO. The indoor and outdoor pool were easy to acess and clean, and the beach access perfect! The checkin process was challenging as VASCA had not put my name on the reservation. With a quick phone call it was resolved.

This is a great property and it was a great stay! The only issue we noticed was that there was a leak in the indoor pool ceiling that was dripping down from the ceiling tile.

Awesome Location

If you are looking for an awesome view of the pool and beach this is your place! We enjoyed our stay very much! It was perfect size for 4 adults. Make sure you bring your pool towels.

Great vacation

We had never been to the Litchfield resort before but were very impressed with it. Our family enjoyed the beach, lazy river, tennis courts, and outdoor restaurant. This condo was perfect for our needs- well decorated, stocked, great views. We had a great time and would like to return!

Fantastic!!!

We had a wonderful time!! Couldn’t have had a better place to stay with two children. The pool and lazy river were a huge hit! Very clean, comfy and convenient to everything we needed.
