Logan’s Landing is a great property overlooking Orick. Perfect location for hiking (Lady Bird Grove, Fern Canyon, Gold Bluffs Beach) plus the T. Kuchel and Prairie Creek Visitor Centers. The kitchen is well-stocked with a wide variety of pans/cooking utensils and spices. Bathroom toiletries (body soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) plus hair dryers are also available. My daughter and son-in-law enjoyed the hot tub and my grandson especially enjoyed making s’mores around the fire pit (wood provided). The hosts communicated well and answered my questions quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this property.

So clean and very well appointed! Perfect location. We had every thing we needed and so many hikes to the Redwoods and coast were within 5-15 miles!

Absolutely stunning views, even in the cloudy weather we had. Everything was clean, inviting and comfortable, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking.

We had planned a west coast trip for the past 2 years. A few weeks before we left, I realized the place I originally booked in Orick, was for the wrong dates. This gem of a place was one of two properties open for the days we’d be in the Redwoods. A bit pricier than we anticipated, but I didn’t really have a choice. This home did not disappoint. The views are magnificent, house is very spacious and has everything you need. We’ve been many places across the country. This home makes the top three. The jacuzzi was a nice bonus after hours of hiking. We forgot a couple of food items and the closest grocery is about 30min away. So make a trip before you come. Thank you for sharing your amazing home!

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our time here. Day trips to the redwoods, bird watching, hot tubbing, swings by the fire. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing! They truly thought of and provided everything you would need. A beautiful home and setting near all of the main Redwood hikes. One of the best experiences we’ve had renting a home in 20 yrs.

Great Base for the Redwood NP

Very nice home, watched a herd of elk daily along with black bears at dusk. We will definitely book again if we are in the area.

Phenomenal Stay

Just book your stay here! It was magical and the house has EVERYTHING you need and then some. Kitchen well stocked, view, hot tub, fire pit, grill, comfy beds…just stop looking and book this one! 💕

Everything about the house was great. And the location with regards to Redwood National was great. The one lane steep hill to drive up to the house was scary. Nothing in the town, pretty much all closed down.

Perfect redwoods hideaway

Beautiful views of the valley and ideally located to experience some of the best of redwoods national forest! Enjoyed a soak in the hot tub and the sauna after the end of a long day exploring, very relaxing. we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

Beautiful home

Our group absolutely loved our stay in Orick. The home was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils and the bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty of comforting space. The outdoor space was a great place to unwind. The proximity to redwood national forest made it a great stay for day trips.

Our group of 3 had an incredible time at the house and surrounding area. We enjoyed returning home after day trips through the Redwoods, to Eureka, and on hotseback with the Buckerettes. The house was fully stocked and had all the amenities you could ask for. We greatly enjoyed the view, the campfire, and relaxing hot tub. Absolutely wonderful experience...hope to return soon!
