Very clean and comfortable condo. Lots of amenities. Kids always love to have access to the beach and the pool. Would recommend again.

Great spot

Lots of room for the family in this condo. Great views and balcony seating. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils but zero coffee staples, so bring your own! Furniture and accessories show signs of plenty of happy, family vacations so you don't have to worry about it being untouchable. Everything was good. Bring your own bed pillows if you're pillow picky:)

The property was not clean. Upon walking in for the first time, we found a Cheerio in the middle of the living room. Then we found more underneath the couch and in between the couch cushions. I can’t believe the cleaning crew didn’t take the time to vacuum. It really made us question the quality of the other rooms.

This is our second year to come to Diamond Beach. We love it!! The property is beautiful and we love the pool, hot tub and lazy river!! We will definitely be back again next year!!

Great location and super cute place! If you have any issues, be careful as the communication with the management company may be poor and your issue may not get resolved (broken washer that was holding water/had terrible smell, we asked for additional towels bc we did not expect it to be fixed in a day- 3 days of asking and we never got extra towels or an answer about the washer). If you have no issues- your stay will be amazing! Well decorated, clean, and good location.

Nice property on the beach. Garbage disposal wasn’t working. Bathroom sink is slow to drain . Diswasher is hard to start.

The unit was clean and the amenities for the resort were excellent. We enjoyed the pool and toddler room. This would have been an excellent vacation EXCEPT there was no latch or lock on the patio/balcony sliding doors (our unit was on the 5th floor). Again, not even a latch. We were traveling with 3 kids, including a 1 year old. We alerted the rental company immediately and everyday day called and sent pictures/videos. 3 days later nothing happened, it wasn’t fixed and we had to barricade the entire area, never got to use the balcony because it wasn’t safe. We alerted the property itself and they just said they would relay the information. For a place that advertised being kid friendly this is completely unacceptable and beyond dangerous.

Perfect Balcony View

This was our fourth stay at Diamond Beach, the first stay in this particular condo. We loved the location and the balcony view, and it was roomy enough for our party of (5). The place is nicely decorated and we found it very clean upon arrival. The kitchen sink wasn’t draining and the disposal wasn’t working the first night, so we contacted Vacasa the next morning. They immediately sent a maintenance man out to fix the issue, so we were impressed with that response. If you plan to cook, bring your own spices, condiments, cooking oil, etc. There are coffee makers, but bring your own coffee/k cups. If you plan to make frozen drinks, bring your own blender as well. These are small items that other condos provided, but this one did not. Overall, we enjoyed our relaxing stay at this condo and look forward to staying here again.

Best thing about the stay was the amenities. The condo needs to be updated with clean and unbroken furnishings. No hot water in the kitchen. Broken cabinet handle, broken floor lamp and other furnishings and dirty seat covers and furniture. Broken smoke detector. Holes in walls where hangings had been.

Beautiful and Peaceful

The Diamond Beach Condos are always spectacular. This condo was not exception. Beautiful views, quiet, and comfortable. A perfect get away for a group of friends or family.
