Nice Vacation House

Pool directly behind this house is convenient for families. 18 Stairs to get to the bedrooms. Elderly should consider this. Fairly quiet once the pool closes at approximately 10pm.

The home is well decorated and you have a lot of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable and it is a short walk to the beach and the pool area is nice. This home is NOT stocked. If staying longer than 2 days you will need to get trash bags, dish tabs and hand soap. They claim to not provide shampoo or soap. There are also very few bath towels. Kitchen is not stocked. We had to get salt pepper and all the basics. My kids have the unholy trinity of food allergies so we need places we can cook in. The kitchen only had a blender, toaster and a few other items. No sheet pans, muffin or cake pans and the pans they did have were mostly unable. The can opener was rusted. This is also not a brand new home. Possibly updated but they were built a number of years ago.Wifi kept going out so if you work remote bring a back up. We had a hard time connecting with property management.

Property was as described. Excellent location, end unit, beach path less than 100 yds, pool right outside our door.Would've liked more cleaning supplies for a weeks stay and access to broom. Was provided a small "kit" with tiny dish soap, 2 dish washer and 2 laundry packets, and sponge.Arrived to zero kithchen essentials like salt, pepper etc. Will need to purchase ALL cooking related ingredients. No beach chairs or toys are available for use, bring your own.

Great stay

Great condo and pool area , if you plain to go to the beach bring you own chairs , beach towels and toys .

Texans seeking fun and relaxation for 2 families

We enjoyed the quiet area and the pool being next to the beach. Great clean place to stay, but take extra bedding for larger groups.

Close to the beach

We enjoyed the accommodations, the location with the pool right out the back door, and the beach within a short walk. We took family with mostly adults so sleeping 10 was tight. The home was decorated nicely, it was clean, and suitable for coming in off the beach. I really appreciated the fencing so it offered safety around the pool

Was able to enjoy the pool and beach view. Private beach area was wonderful. Had my wedding there with all of my family
