Great summer vacation home.

I travel with my kids and alot of family. 6 bedrooms is enough space for everyone. The price I loved. Not pricey and a very nice home. Kids love's to be in the pool and we love cook outs. We all enjoyed!

The Perfect Vacation Spot!

This house was beautiful inside and out. The pool was very nice. The house had everything to accommodate our large family. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shops,and restaurants. Our family had an amazing time and will definitely be back next vacation.

My family had a great time. We had 10 people and we all had plenty of room. 1-2 min walk to the beach. We will definitely be staying again.

Very good location at a great price !

I really liked the location of this place as it is close to the beach, bay, shopping, and eating places. The rate is also reasonable for a long weekend. Andy was very friendly, and gave us all the details that we needed for a pleasant stay. Everything was prompt and friendly.

This place was perfect for the whole family. We enjoyed how close we we're to the beach and restaurants. We had so much fun in the pool. I highly recommend and I see myself coming back.

Beach traveler

We love staying at this property! We were able to use the outdoor theater screen for a video game competition that my teenagers loved! It's an easy walk to the beach from this house and the private pool is perfect!

Loved the size of the house and how cozy the yard and pool was. Also how quick Mark at the vacasa location was to address the minor issues we had.

This was my first time to use VRBO, and I will be back. The property was exactly as presented, the communication with flawless, and the procedures were easy to follow. The group had a great time in this property!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We were a family of 22 celebrating a special anniversary and this place did not disappoint. We stayed for a full week. There was plenty of room for all, we enjoyed the pool and beach. All the great amenities of home were there. Restaurants and shops were everywhere. Thank you Andy, we definitely will make plans to return.

an excellent house , very good communication with the owner. perfect for a weekend , the weather was a bit cool and we were still able to enjoy the pool. a very spacious house and has everything you need for your stay. highly recommended!

Perfect Vacation House

House was great for our large family. Spacious, every bedroom with a bath was a huge convenience. Also, Fully equipped with all we needed and more! Loved the decks, lots of chairs and sittign areas, lovely trees in the spacious back yard provided nice shade and crystal clear pool. Didn't want to leave and we are looking forward to going back!

Padre Island Condo

It is a very cozy, clean and wonderful location. Awesome having your own private pool. Full kitchen to do your own cooking. Owner is very easy and wonderful to work with. Highly recommended, accommodates a larger family well. We will go back again!

Old but comfortable

Pool and space capacity was great! Had lots of fun. The Stairs were very steep that was the only thing hard about It. Overall had a pleasant stay.

House was very accommodating for out family of 18 , loved how that each bedroom had it own bathroom, Kitchen was very well supplied and the kids loved the pool . Was are first time to south Padre and we loved it . Just being all in one place as a family made it a wonderful Christmas!!

Just arrived from our 4 day vacation we stayed at this location and we are a total a family of 25. This was our second year staying at this location and we are already going to see about booking this place for summer of 2017 . we loved this location as it provides a private back yard and swimming pool for the little ones. Andy the owner is so easy to work with and easy to get a hold of when needed.
